I want to be a size 12 by Chrimbo

And then eventually an 8.

But I need motivating.

I have been farting about on a diet for the last 3 weeks, but I keep cheating. Keep me on the straight and narrow, and in return, I can offer swift kicks up the harris for all of you what need it

Today is alos a write off

My children have been evil personified, tbqh.

My house is a dunp and I have had chocolate for lunch. Due tio having no more than an hours sleep last ni8ght I also can't be arsed to do wii fit today. Thisd is not good. I'm not a vg motivator am i?

Also, our wtare has been turned off due to maintenenec. They sent a letter last week, but I forgot. This means I have had sod all to drink today (I went to the shop and bought some wtare for the kids with my last couple of quid - I don;t get paid til the morning)

As a resulkt I am grumpy and I want to go to bed now.

Well i had a tuna fishcake, with green beans, a brown roll and some cous-cous. (needed to use alot of stuff up) but still stuck to my diet thing.

Have done no exercise today BUT my eating is so much better that im bound to be loosing not gaining. i hope.

VictorianSqualor · 05/08/2008 19:10

I've had a cup-a-soup today for lunch and erm, I think that's it, then spaghetti bolognese for dinner, I refused cheese on top.
I've drank mainly orange squash, but it's better than the pop or wine I'd like to have drank
No exercise as yet, surely us all being up at night uses calories???

scorpio1 · 05/08/2008 19:23

i have just bought a wii-fit, are they any good? Hoping the exercises will help.

Onwards and upwards!Today has to be better (couldn't be a lot worse)

dillinger · 06/08/2008 08:36

Dp made aloo gobi last night which was yum, hes good with not overfilling my plate. Havent done any exercise either, this tiredness is overwhelming! I figured as long as I watch what Im eating and dont gain then thats ok til my energy is back.

Met someone at the doctors yesterday who I vaguely met over a year ago so weve swapped numbers, Im walking to hers tomorrow so at least I'll be getting out of the house for a bit too.

Cappuccino · 06/08/2008 09:12

sheiky hope you are feeling happier this morning

I am sorry but I break your rules I weigh myself each day

I have done this for about a year so I know my own fluctuations

I had a moderately good day yesterday and have great hopes for today

tho I am tired cos dd1 got us all up at dawn so I may find myself slipping

have been doing my walks tho, I love em. I try to do them at bedtime so dh has to do pyjamas

Mine is shite too, it only looks ok when I can be bothered to use my firefox spellchecker, but if I don't check out all the red lines it's almost incomprehensible.

scorpio1 · 06/08/2008 16:21

I had a packet of crisps last night but figure as im BF those were my for BF calories

Have been v good again today, though no exercise yet, raining loads here and am waiting for my wii fit to arrive. Had 2 weetabix for brekky, j.pot and beans and banana for lunch.

WW ready meal(curry and rice) for dinner tonight with green beans (diet allows free veg and salad - why not fruit though??)

No alcohol today; going out tomorrow night where i am allowing myself to eat like i did before, which means no takeaway this weekend instead. Steak and chips here i come!!!!

VictorianSqualor · 06/08/2008 16:31

I've had a cup-a-soup (diet one though) (with no bread dipped, get me!) and I had a pancake when I made the kids some.

Chicken fajitas with home made wedges for dinner tonight but I may have rice instead.

No exercise as yet.

LisaLessLumpy · 06/08/2008 18:12

I love this thread. It just goes to show that we are all human and all have the odd slip up now and then. Well done to all who have stayed on track and thanks to everybody else who has helped me to realise that it is not only me spiralling at the moment (although not quite out of control yet). I WILL BE BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW.

Slouchy · 06/08/2008 22:03

decent food day here but NO exercise.

Will go for both tomor

VictorianSqualor · 07/08/2008 08:50

I had wine
Wine makes me eat crisps.
So I had wine, and crisps.
But I did walk to the shop to get the wine, spend an hour doing 'power housework' (I broke a sweat..) and five minutes on the exercise bike.
I have got DP to bring the bike downstairs so I can do it in the evening watching the box.

I've had pancakes for breakfast again, how bad are they for you?

I'm waiting for Jeremy Kyle and am going to watch it on my bike thinking about how at least I'm better off than those people

Tons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar.

PinkButterfly · 07/08/2008 09:58

Hey all

Haven't managed on all week so just having a quick catch up. I will join you all in not having been so good since the weekend. Only managed one hour exercise on Monday though have been eating ok apart from blowing it with a full bottle of wine to myself last night (although had spent whole day gutting house - does that count as exercise Sheik?). DD hasn't been well and we have been getting pretty much no sleep so the motivation just isn't there. Going to just try and be good with my eating until Saturday and hoping dd will be much better and I can start again. Hopefully we will all still get a loss at weigh-in!! PB
