I have been farting about on a diet for the last 3 weeks, but I keep cheating. Keep me on the straight and narrow, and in return, I can offer swift kicks up the harris for all of you what need it

I've been away for 10 days staying with family.
I enjoyed lots of food which was very detrimental to my diet. Very enjoyable but alas, not good.

I am back to it tomorrow (I'm forever saying that!) with a vengeance and am going to do a one week kick start.
Lots of water, fruit and limited carbs but sensible eating.
And exercise of course.

I am going for 7lbs in 3 weeks.

Have been good again today (so far )

weigh in tomorrow cappy.

60 mins of wii fit and I have steak and Greek salad for supper when I get hgome from teaching. Am just downloading some sheet music for it - We are going to learn Valerie by the Zutons (for 2 cellos!) Obv this is because I am trendy teacher and v down with the kidz.

Right, have to go and get changed out of mingy clothes now and drive to Bristol (excitement)

I did two lots of bike and my power houseworks today, didn't eat much all day but just had kiev and chips and have two bottles of rose for tonight

OK all.

Well, after a moderate week am now...2lbs off. And back into the "Ideal" BMI zone a/c to wii fit (my virtual love handles have popped back in!)

So 10st 13 today, 2lbs off,total loss 3lbs.

Ooo, and have discovered the lazy/busy person's exercise - 30 mins FreeStep on wii (about 3000 steps) whilst on phone. If I do it while watching Tv, I hold a remote controller in each hand and flap arms up and down in rhythm - after 50 or so it kills. Must be doind the dinner lady arms some good.

I have been crap this week and am showing a two pound up I have started AF this morning though so I'm not going to count it as a proper gain as I know it will be gone again in a couple of days. Now my PMT/snacking has passed I am going to be mega good, I am off on my hols for 10 days next sunday so will have one last weigh in before I go and I am aiming for a stay the same for when I get back

I've weighed myself this morning (argh!) for my start weight. I am 11st 3lb.

I'm going to the gym when dh gets back from the barbers and have planned my food for today as
B- 2 veg sausages, scrambled egg, grilled tomato
L- Veg soup, 2 ryvita
D- Grilled chicken, veg
Snack on fruit

I find I'm more likely to stick to it if I write down my plan at the start of the day.

Hi Lisa! Where are you off to for hols?

Off to feed kids and do 50 sit ups

Pants. I have lost nowt! Same weight as last Sat.
I had a couple of meals out, but have been positively saintly the rest of the week, AND I've been good with my daily walking.

Gutted - I have put on 1lb!!! Knew I wouldn't have a loss but hoped to maybe just stay the same. I haven't been good at all this week - only one day of exercise and a good few days with alcohol. I don't do well when I am tired and stressed. Need to be more disciplined >>.

i weighed myself today - 10st exactly, so will re-weigh next week. Have been good with food; sticking to about 1400 cal a day(inc one alcohol drink). Must have been eating about 3000 before - amazing how easy it was to sit and eat biscuits etc whilst BF.

My wii fit was delivered today but i was out so have to wait until Monday

Had a good day yesterday and have been good so far today. I've not managed much exercise though.
