First loss I have losted in AAAAGGGGES!!! Thursday to Saturday 1.5lbs!!!

Hurrah! 6 lbs to go until that next stone barrier...

nikkid21 · 28/09/2008 18:30

well done everyone on the weight losses.

I've had my first proper roast dinner in ages today with roast beef, free veg, 2 roast potaooes and some yorkie pud. Am hoping that the spinning class done today and tomorrow morning's body pump will do away with the yorkie pud and tatties points.

kid · 28/09/2008 18:54

I spent a few hours over the weekend tidying the house, so I am hoping myy sunday roast doesn't show on WI. I had 1 chicken breast, 3 roast potatoes, carrots, peas and 1 yorkshire pudding.
I'm sure it will be ok, I will just be extra good for the rest of the week and stick to around 5-8 syns per day, it should balance out that way.

Well done Lurkingnomore on your loss, count down for that stone barrier.
I have 4lb to go for my stone barrier, it will feel so good to get there.

Lurkingnomore · 29/09/2008 10:28

Morning

Don't know whether or not my weekend was good or not I did 15 syns on Friday, 20 on Saturday and 15 again on Sunday, I know I 'm technically allowed up to 15 a day so only Saturday was over, and in reality this weekend was so much better than I would normally be, but I am still a bit gutted I haven't averaged out at about 10 a day. Ho Hum, at least I went to the gym yesterday so [hopeful face] that might cancel it out a bit???

What did everyone eat this weekend that was nice?

FairLadyRantALot · 29/09/2008 12:50

Lurking well done on your loss...

well, I have been doing a bit crappy this week....had to much chocolate and cakes...NOT good....will be good now, hohum.....
I am just all strassed out about everything....

anyways....going to the Gym tomorrow morning and on Wednesday I have my weigh in...that shall be interesting, lol

IamRiallyindisguise · 29/09/2008 13:05

maybe I could have your old name Lurkingnomore as I am lurking again

I am on SW this week as emptying the freezer and it all fits in with SW so I might as well give it a go. Good to see some familiar names

I take it you'll have me back of course?

justRia · 29/09/2008 13:08

thought I would change my name back as I don't need to be in disguise any more! Must go and eat a yogurt...

Lasagne tortillas? Is that dry lasagne sheets or cooked before you bake? I may try (can't be any worse than the chickpea peanuts or smash pizza!)

Lurkingnomore · 29/09/2008 19:06

Welcome back Ria!!

TimeForMe · 29/09/2008 20:42

This weeks password is mustard

FairLadyRantALot · 29/09/2008 21:40

lol ria at smash pizza....

Lurkingnomore · 30/09/2008 09:22

Oops.. had an unexpected flexible day yesterday... friends were going for chinese btu I had already eaten, so I joined them with some prawn crackers and prawn toast!

Back on plan today, I must be good, I must be good...

Tommy · 30/09/2008 09:32

weigh in this morning for me - gained last week and have no idea how things will be today. Have eaten a lot of cake due to a coffee morning on Friday and my parenrs' golden wedding at the weekend (would have been rude not to try everything at the tea party wouldn't it?)

have been trying hard the rest of the time though so we'll just have to see! Will check back in later

justRia · 30/09/2008 14:19

I have just struggled to eat a pasta n sauce

Tommy · 30/09/2008 16:41

stick with real pasta Ria!

I lost 1.5lbs today

kid · 30/09/2008 16:42

hope the weigh in is not too bad Tommy, you might have a pleasant surprise.

I have been eating a few naughty treats, I should write it down to try and make myself feel guilty but I haven't. I am hoping that the fact I don't use all my syns everyday, I have some leeway in extra syns on other days. Thats my theory anyway, will let you know on Saturday if it works!

justRia · 30/09/2008 21:47

well done tommy.

I have had ... a good day. I haven't made a note of anything today, but having done this so many times I know that roughly I am well under, having eaten mainly free food. I still have a BEB left too - maybe toast and an options sachet!

woo-hoo

justRia · 30/09/2008 22:11

If I don't have my remaining HEB tonight, can I have it tomorrow or is that wrong? I'm not really hungry

kid · 30/09/2008 23:07

I had a 135g haddock fillet tonight that was 11syns and some beetroot salad. It was so yummy to be able to eat the haddock and still stay within my syns allowance. I need to use my syns to eat some naughty food like that, I think that will make me stick to it for longer.

Well done on the loss tommy, looks like that cake wasn't so bad after all. But I wouldn't risk it for a second week just incase!

I don't think you can carry your HEb to tomorrow.

Tommy · 01/10/2008 07:53

thanks kid

Ria - if you're not hungry, just don't have it! I think you can only carry syns over and not HEs

justRia · 01/10/2008 08:53

morning. I did have it in the end, thought it was better than waking with middle of the night munchies.

Lurkingnomore · 01/10/2008 08:56

I'm angry with myself for yesterday. I resisted the chippy, making some free pasta later on, but I bought a full-fat-gazillion-calories-don't-even-want-to-know-syns yoghurt smoothie, on top of a full days worth of quality street syns I am going to try keeping to zero syns today to make up for it.

justRia · 01/10/2008 09:07

can you just do some extra activity to make up for it lurkingNM? I don't think I could cope with no syns at all.

yippe DH back with eggs - breakfast time.

Lurkingnomore · 01/10/2008 11:10

I thought about that Ria but I am just madly gazumped for time this week. Work is mad busy, I have a horse who is going out of his mind needing to be exercised and a night course tomorrow with homework that I need to get done today! I also stupidly offered to bake a cake for Jeans for Genes day on Friday in the middle of it all I'm thinking Rice Krispie cakes, and try not to "sample" them!! Hopefully the stress and running around will burn a few more calories than normal!?

I am going to have a nice time exercising this weekend - I have decided its going to be my treat. I want to go swimming and/or to the gym a few times, and there's a spa down the road that is just calling my name...!

Please can somebody give me some inspiration for lunch today? I'm on green, with a tesco down the road and a microwave/toaster etc at my disposal.

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 11:40

beans and scrambled egg on toast (you can see why I get bored so quickly now can't you!) Jacket potato and a tin of veg curry? Ravioli...

Bloody time...never enough of it is there.

Lurkingnomore · 01/10/2008 12:59

Thanks Riayayaya (you change your name so bloomin' often woman I can't keep up!)

I know I said I'd have no syns today... but I didn't really fancy anything I could think of free food-wise, so I bought a sushi snack pack from Sainsburys and have just calculated it - it's only 1 syn on green!! Yummy, I may have to have this more often...
