I’m sitting here eating a Tony’s chocolate bar and drinking latte and I’m thinking about my diet, although I’m fully aware that thinking about it doesn’t actually lose any weight.
@thenewaveragebear1983 I love your idea of losing half a pound a week, it sounds so easy and so doable so why can’t I do it? I don’t know why but I’ve always seemed to lose weight easier in September and October than any other months and obviously September is coming very soon. The problem is that November is my birthday and then of course Christmas in December and I usually put it back on again but what if this year I lost it and kept the loss? I need to do something, my weight is affecting my mood really badly at the moment.
I was FaceTimeing my sister-in-law earlier and she’s always been a lot bigger than me, I mean at least 3 To 4 stones heavier and we are the same height. I could only see from head and shoulders, but she’s obviously lost a lot of weight and I’m wondering if she’s on the weight loss jabs. I know it’s silly but I will be devastated if she gets to be very small and I’m still big. I know we shouldn’t compare, I know how wrong that is but I’ve known her for many years and suddenly she doesn’t seem to be struggling with her weight. I’ve been thinking I need to knuckle down again and I’ve been saying it on here but watching her getting thinner really makes me think I should just do it which I’ve also said for many years. She didn’t mention her weight loss and I didn’t like to, but to me, it’s quite a significant and quick loss which is why I’m wondering about the weight loss tablets/jabs but I appreciate that a lot of people don’t like to tell you they’re on it which is why I didn’t mention it.
I am home alone today and just chilling, I love my Sundays but because I don’t do much, I tend to eat even more. We’ve been to our café twice this week and to the ice cream parlour three times so I know tomorrow’s weigh-in won’t be very good at all.
I hope everyone is doing well, obviously I’m yo-yoing as usual. Have a good day.
