I've just realise today I have been doing something fundamentally wrong with SW and I can't believe I've been so stoopid! The 250ml semi-skimmed milk allowance I have been using in my cappuccinos. Ever since beginning the plan I have been meaning to measure how much milk I use in a cappuccino, had it in my head 250ml was quite a lot and I shouldn't worry. Turns out there is about 225ml of milk in each cappuccino and I have been having two a day and sometimes a dash of milk in a cup of tea. Twice the allowance .
Hopefully with this knowledge I will start to lose again!
