Sounds nice, I usually blow my milk allowance on cappucinos but that's a good idea for next time we run out of coffee beans.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! I haven't been for weeks and weeks and I have STAYED EXACTLY THE SAME. I can't believe how lucky I am. There is no way that I should have done that. Have eaten sooooo much rubbish. Ah well. Last pigout tonight for valentines. Have all the healthy stuff in the fridge and cupboards ready for tomorrow.

I am so stupid. I have tried so hard for the last 5 days and have done pretty well until yesterday when hubby gave me chocs for wedding anniv / valentines and I have eaten almost all of them. So near and yet so far I feel like giving up already.

SPARKLER1 · 15/02/2005 21:15

Don't give up. It was only one day of nice choccies. Like you said you have been really good for five days and that is great. If you had had five days of choccie eating and one good day then it would be different. You enjoyed your well deserved choccies. New day tomorrow. It's not too late to carry on. x

Well done Sparkler and Yorkiegirl MI55Piggy, Sparkler is totally right, keep going, don't let the chocolates get in the way, just put it behind you.

I love the sound of the Stars and milk, I'm definitely going to try that. My chocolate saviour is a Cadbury's light chocolate mousse, frozen. Last for ages for 3.5 syns. Problem is I have to fight DH for them.

Lost a pound last week and it was a star week, so I'm happy. I am going to try cutting my syns back to 10 a day though rather than 15 as our consultant says, I want two pounds off next week. Someone from the class before us got to her target last night, about 4 and a half stones in total - she looks absolutely brilliant, so a huge incentive to keep at it.

M155PIGGY · 16/02/2005 19:45

can anyone tell me where I can buy vecon as the books all mention it and I can't find it - is there anything which will do instead?
