Team RH - has anyone actually been visited by a debt collector

Has anyone used Team RH and had a bad experience or had debt collectors at the door? I used the app for 1 day. Total scam and mis sold. Only after waiving your right to the 14 day cooling off period, creating a direct debit, does it tell you to download my fitness pal which is free and clunky. It did all the work.

I used team RH for 1 day and tried to cancel to be told no. There is no way I'm paying for a 12 month contract for a service I used for one day. I don't follow the plan, I don't take any notice of the goals I've been set. I'd rather be fat to be honest.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has actually had debt collectors come to the door or is it just the bully emails and calls? has anyone experienced anything?

He’s such a monumental bellend and I’m glad people are finally starting to see it. There was a video a woman posted on tiktok recently, he reposted it with a load of shit and tried to make her look stupid then offered her a years free access to his ‘plan’ saying he would help her. It’s either a marketing trick and she was in on it, or she fell for it hook line and sinker as she’s now posting saying how amazing he is and how it’s such a good plan. He’s absolutely vile

There’s a Facebook fitness support group where they’ve actually had to ban anyone mentioning anything to do with him as every time anyone posted about it he would get his flying monkeys involved and cause all sorts of shit with threats and what not

'No it’s digital product, where you get everything upfront. If people could cancel they’d get away with the whole service for nothing.

This makes me laugh as he’s completely showing his arse (sorry but best way to describe) here. It is indeed the full service you’re going to get because good luck with the 1:1 training that’s promised. Unless you enjoy online humiliation and an expectation of perfection before you’re allowed to ask for any help. Not that you’d get the help anyway.

@scatterby you have no credit agreement with him. His only real avenue would be the small claims court, and he’s not going to spend £££ to recover £. He’s all bluster. He’s a vile man who tries to make money through intimidation and bullying. The wheels are falling off now.

He’s just a bully. Unfollow him, don’t look at his posts or read the emails. No one person has come forward and said they are in financial ruin because he came for them. And if they did, I’d question who sent them to comment.

It’s such a bloody scam. I can’t believe you can still get away with this kind of shizzle tbh! I feel such a prat for falling for it but hey ho…..also feel sick to my stomach having to pay that bell end for 12 months!!

Oh he’ll threaten. He’ll even write up pretend solicitors letters - he had his staff looking for templates to send 😂

Nobody has come forward yet. I was a bit concerned about this too. I cancelled my dd weeks ago and I’ve not had any emails or anything, unless they are in my junk where they belong

He has a retentions team - so it’ll likely be part of their job.

you're doing the right thing by ignoring and not feeding the troll, but for vulnerable people, it will be frightening the be threatened and bullied like that.

I haven't (thankfully) signed up and I'm incredibly sorry that all of you that have are being out under such undue stress.

They have a LinkedIn page and often recruit on there. They only have 2000 followers on that platform.

I had also signed up to this, tried to cancel and was told no. It is so hard to follow and if doesn’t work for me. So I’m not going to pay for something that doesn’t work. I cancelled my direct debit and had a threatening email today. This thread has been helpful, I’m hoping nothing else comes from it. This company really needs reporting, but I have no clue who to report it too!

Have any of you tried Rebelfit? Is that any good? It looks similar.

I did once sign up to Joe wicks in a post covid fit of enthusiasm and emailsd begging for a refund saying it was a drunken late night moment of enthusiasm and I was nowhere ready for Joe Wicks. I got a lovely email back and a refund!
