I am down 3lbs this week. I'm happy with that and starting to find the program much easier than the first 2 weeks. Total 11lbs in 3 weeks.

How is everyone finding the no bread/alcohol? I found the bread tough to begin but don't seem to be missing it anymore. I am eating the slims multigrain pops, they are only 20cal each. My biggest challenge at the moment is trying to stay off the scales, I'm awful for having a quick peek in the mornings. It's not good for me though

Oh yes, I’m terrible for stepping on the scales each morning. I guess it’s a habit!

Well done on all your losses. I’m down 2, making 8 in total. Would love it to be more, but actually this is pretty good for me judging by past attempts at weight loss.

I have had a couple of drinks in the last week, but stopped at one and counted them (unexpected celebration!) No bread or pasta though.

I’m finding no alcohol easier than expected as I really love wine in a Friday /Saturday

not been able to stick to no bread fully as I am still having a slice of brown soda with soup a few times a week; but did change breakfast so I’ve removed from there.

overall delighted with how it’s going.
Was only thinking yesterday about how i was really unsure about it initially, as I thought it was too expensive and I wasn’t sure I’d stick to it. Now if you told me it was double the price I’d pay 🤷‍♀️

How is everyone finding the weekend? I'm exhausted this week. I'm still managing to do the walks and calorie counting but I feel sluggish and slow.
Has anyone changes their goal after listening to the dare to dream talk?

I am actually great, I think it's because I am very busy and out of the hoist. I wfh and the sameness of that partially contributed towards me eating out of boredom.
I did 21.3k steps today, Saturday! Having a walk with friends and their guests.

Hi @Happymama24 I have changed my goal as tbh I have reached my initial target. Expecting a set back this week as have had two long planned dinners which were tricky. Back in the zone today so hopefully wed will be ok.
keep with it! I think these slumps -which are normal and happen at different times for everyone - are why the coaching is so important x

Fantastic that you have reached your initial target. I have added another stone to my target. I'm going to aim for the weight I was early 20s. I'm 34 now but have had 4 kids. I'm so happy to be finally setting time aside for me and my health.
I had a sneak peak at the scales today and it hasn't budged from last week. I'm trying not to sweat it though, I know I have had a great week and I will keep pushing it and hope for the best on Wednesday. I need to keep reminding myself that weightloss isn't straight line

Not feeling optimistic & think I’ll be up @Happymama24 - weekend was a disaster due to two events. Thinking of herniating until the 10. Weeks is over!! I

really back on track now so next week will be fine again.

The positive thing is this is the point I’d normally give up when I saw a gain - but I’m def not giving up now and really motivated to keep going

@Thisisthedawningoftheageofaquarius - it's very difficult with these unavoidable events. The great thing about Bodyslims is that it gets you thinking in a different way. That desire to just quit and forget it isn't there anymore. maybe you won't be up and will stay the same this week? It doesn't matter as long as you stick with it and do your best. The results will show at the end

Up 1 this morning - not as bad as it could have been after the events at weekend; there is hope! And back on track 100% since Monday

I was down 3lbs, I'm so delighted as I looked at the weekend and it hasn't budged from last Wednesday. I have 1 stone total gone now. Gonna give it my all this week coming. No events thankfully

I think every stage of losing weight is hard. I ate well under my calories needs and felt very unwell few days ago. This was Friday and Saturday. All day Sunday I felt quite ill.
I hope all.of you are eating enough
