I think the FB page is also great for helping with motivation, along with support, so I would definitely suggest joining that.
I was away for two weeks, didn't deny myself anything, had some amazing meals and a few nice glasses of wine most evenings, , weighed myself this morning and have only put on two pounds, I can't believe it, before Bodyslims, I could put on that much, and more, over a weekend.
I found, after the 10 weeks, I seem to have lost my sweet tooth addiction and seem to naturally avoid bread, without making a conscious decision to do so, I am so much more in tune with not consuming empty calories.
