I'm doing daily weigh ins, I find it more motivating. It might not be for everyone but if anyone would like to join in with posting every day your weight and loss, and how the day has gone - to stay in focus. Good luck!

Weight loss is back on track after a slow couple of weeks. I have upped my exercise, which is only just getting out for a walk, but I sit at a desk all day, so even a short walk each day is good for me physically and mentally.

Day 116 of weighing daily and I'm 194lb

Down from 225 lb on 1st Jan so 31 lb loss so far and moved from obese to overweight.

I'm exactly 13st! I didn't think I'd ever get this small again, had convinced myself 14st was my plateau from years ago as I've not been under it in over a decade. Really enjoying this diet and seeing the weight coming off properly at last. Also loving this thread as it is keeping me accountable which is helping loads!

Well done @FlabMonsterIsDietingAgain getting into overweight category is getting closer for me, just checked and I am now 30.2, so very close.

Also well done @spackleplumb , I have not been under 11st 7 in the past 5 years, so that will be a big one for me to drop below.

This has been a good week for me, sunny days, although cold has made me get out for a lunchtime walk each day. Only 20 mins but I walk fast and get my hear rate up. I have a very sedentary desk job, and need to move more.

I spent 5 days overseas at a work training event so that made it quite hard to be in control due to the types of foods available. I came back horrified to be at 13st 5lbs on the scale on Tuesday night but I've weighed again today and back to 13st 2lbs so guessing that original reading might have been some water weight from flying. Gutted to be 2lbs over where I was last week but it should come off fairly quickly with being back home hopefully.

Weighed myself this morning and delighted to report I'm back down to 13st!
Putting the weight gain from earlier in the week down to water weight from flying long distance. Good to be back on track.

I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau, I hope it turns itself around soon. I feel I am eating well, getting out and doing more walking but not achieving much.

Well done @spackleplumb on really not gaining while away. It is hard when you can't choose your food.

My DP has finally decided to lose weight and this has been a game changer to be honest 😂

I am so much more regulated on weekends when he is! I am on track for getting under 72kg this weekend but I am then off on a trip next week so it will be a lot of walking but I don’t want to overdo the food. It won’t be a lot of alcohol but then there is an event next weekend where there is and that will be a tricky one - I won’t be able to keep up as I am such a lightweight now so I need to make sure I am pacing it all.

12st 13lbs today, finally under 13st. I really don't remember the last time I weighed this little! It feels so good though. I know I still have a way to go but I'm happy today. Hope everyone else is ok!

I went to the shops wearing gym cycling shorts (plus a hoody) and my legs were a bit hairy 😂 I have never in my life had the confidence to do this. These are all the little things to keep you motivated, the feeling you get. I wasn’t caring about anyone looking at me for the first time in such a long time it was liberating. My legs have always been my biggest hang up, even on a hot day I would cover them up. I would avoid swimming. Now I like them as they feel strong. They aren’t anything special and I still have wobbly bits and cellulite but finally, I like them. You should celebrate feeling good 😊

Almost at my holiday goal. I am going to try and lose more obviously as it is still 4 weeks until we go away. I'm hoping to be at least 1.5 stone down by then. Although my birthday might get in the way, I am definitely having cake.
