Anyone care to join me in a general sort myself out thread.

I am starting tomorrow. I'm a mess, too fat, hair needs sorting, skin care routine needed and a lot more looking after myself.

Not sure of my weight but I'm guessing a good couple of stones needs to go. I have a drawer full of unused beauty products that I can't be bothered to use because I feel like what's the point.

I hate to mention Christmas, but it's 120 days until Christmas Eve. I reckon I could make improvements in that time.

I will weigh myself in the morning and use Mondays as my weigh day.

Had Covid so started last Tuesday. 2lb off this week, a good start but I know it will slow down.

1lb off this week. Anyone else here?

I'm still going!! 6lbs down, going slower than I'd like, but a loss is a loss.

Hows everyone's weight loss journey going?

I'm 6 weeks in and I've lost a stone and a half. Gone down a dress size and I can see a difference. I found the first 2 weeks so tough but I'm finding it a lot easier now as long as I am prepared (food wise) I'm using the NHS weight loss app, which is just counting calories and logging down what you've eaten. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to stick to it and I'm surprised I have! I'm halfway to where I need to be, another stone and a half and I'll be happy. I hope everyone is soldiering on and seeing progress 🤞
