I'm showing two pound up this week all motivation seems to have gone out the window, must get it back as summer is round the corner. Roll on April 2nd when I start my training schedule with my friend, that ought to get things moving again Just had a delicious dinner, a recipe from Rosemary Conley's book. Chicken and leek cooked with lime and ginger, a bit of chicken stock and low fat creme fraiche and fresh coriander, served with broccoli and a third of a packet of Xpress rice... yummmmm!

I just know Katy is going to put us all to shame when she finally logs in

katylessbumpy · 26/03/2008 20:30

my weigh in results...............

4lbs off

takes me down to 9 st 12 lbs.i haven't been that weight for years!

the chinese was lovely but ichose the healthier options and didn't eat until i couldn't breath and walk 7 miles around town.
just off to polish my halo and catch up on everyones news.won't be long x

MrsFish · 26/03/2008 20:49

Hope you don't think I am prying, tell me to do one if you like... has your hubby left home then or did you kick him out? is this just another blip or are you thinking of it being more permanent? Hope you don't think I am being out of order asking

susiecutiemincepies · 26/03/2008 20:51

Well done little miss less bumpy! well done you!!!

So pleased for you.

I've found a small amount of motivation this afternoon. Had a syn free dinner, Isobel enjoyed it too. It was quorn mince, fried in fry light with onions, garlic and some tinned tomatoes. Par boiled some slices of potato and drained them. Mixed together some no fat fromage frais and an egg, then mixed it all in to 'mince' mixture. Spooned into an oval dish, and laid the pots over the top Little spray of fry light and into the oven for 35 minutes, when the pots were crispy.

Really nice, blooming filling. then we shared a mango and muller light yogurt.

Just having large cup of tea. Listening to Izzy chatting to her toys in her cot. She's so tired, just wish she'd give in and go to sleep....

Mr C is not well again. Rang to tell me he'd been in hospital last night having tests. Hes had a pain in his hip and groin for a few days and it got unbareable when he was at work. he wa too tired to talk about it properly, so i don't know what happened at the hospital. So worried about him, he was going to bed for a few hours, so not answering phone now. Not sure what to do. Thinking of getting train up there and seeing if I can drive him back home. I've not driven in months though so not sure I'd be up to it. Just want him here now, so i can look after him

Raining outside, really tipping it down.

right, anyway... hope you are all doing well. Well done again on your loss Katy.

Is polly around at all these days?

katylessbumpy · 26/03/2008 21:06

ask away mrsfish
he's gone for the time being.i don't feel anything tbh.he has let me down to may times and i'm sick of his empty promises.i'm worth more than that!
i didn't kick him out but he was aware that i didn't want him here.this is my house ,in my name. i've lost everything and been in alot of debt before(which i am still paying off) and i am not going through all that again

OP posts:
katylessbumpy · 26/03/2008 21:13

susiecutiemincepies · 26/03/2008 21:16

Don't think so Katy, he's in Sunderland this week. I would just like to be there with him...

I must dash for a mo, izzy is still crying on and off awake. She's had a nose bleed so beter check its not started again. wont be long...

katylessbumpy · 26/03/2008 21:17

give her a cuddle from me x

OP posts:
susiecutiemincepies · 26/03/2008 21:40

She's ok. Just not wanting to go to sleep. Shes not been like this for ages. Hope she's not coming down with something again. She keeps going quiet then crying again, not like her at all. Doesn't seem to be teeth. not sured whats going on.

Anyway, have kept off the chocolate. So feel proud of myself!

Just want to get back onto it all properly. Have to. I need to lose at least a stone by my brothers wedding, which is 2lb a week, basically. So, I think its doable, isn't it???

How you feeling tonight Katy?

hows everyone else? seems really quiet!

susiecutiemincepies · 26/03/2008 21:41

oh, have just delivered the cuddle to little miss

katylessbumpy · 26/03/2008 21:55

i'm ok susie just tired.dd has been up since 6am.yawn.
it's been quiet in here for a while.think a few people fell off the wagon and couldn't quite climb back on

i'm off to bed in a minute.really must try and get a few hours.i look shocking .

just realised i reached my easter goal.9 1/2 in total i think since the start of this thread.

that makes 21 1/2 in 12 weeks

well done on your healthly day by the way susie, hope mr.c gets better xx

OP posts:
Mine · 26/03/2008 22:31

wow katy.. 4lb in one weeks is absolutely amazing!!
Your dh will be kicking himself for letting you down.... now you're all thin and foxy!

You should buy yourself something fabulous as a treat. Shopping makes everything better .. tee hee!

katylessbumpy · 27/03/2008 02:29

it's stupid o'clock and dd has been screaming for the last hour.she has just settled watching in the night garden so i'm here to clear my head .

it was over 2 weeks mine.i didn't weigh in last week as dd had an appointment.still not bad going i suppose.

i bought some shorts in town, daft ,really short ones that i will never have the guts to wear outside the house but they were only £2 in primarni

i really need some new tops.my shape has changed since before i had dd.my (.)(.) have stayed at a c cup so my tops fit differently and don't sit quite right.i waiting a few weeks for the weather to change though before i fork out for them.

right i'm off back to bed,see if i can get dd back to sleep

night night x

Morning I was due to start work at 7.15 but they're not coming until later now so i'm up and ready dp thinks this means i'm going to make him some lunch.. it'll be 1 of the handful of times if i do do it, I guess I should as we've been getting on really well lately

I've got another reason to lose more weight now too, found out my old school is having a reunion in june, I was 8 and a half stone when I left school so I want to be at least 9 and a half by then so I look good!

WELL DONE KATY You have done so well I hope I can do as well as you I used to use medised when mine were up screaming in the night (if it's teething?) Ashtons and parsons powders are fab too! (and herbal)

I played on the wii last night did the fitness test and boxing think i'll try and go swimming tonight, will it make much difference though? I think i've put 2lbs on and my weigh in is tomorrow I guess if i have put any on it'll give me a good kick up the backside to work harder and not have another weekend like the last weekend!

LoveMyGirls · 27/03/2008 07:21

Sorry susie & mine i'm not ignoring you! Sorry to hear about your dh susie hope he recovers soon and nice to hear you are getting back on the wagon and have a reason to do it this time!
I agree with you mine, katy's dh is going to wish he'd been a better husband! You're doing so well katy I agree you deserve more than he gives you!

mylittlepudding · 27/03/2008 07:25

(((Katy)))
You are an amazing, strong lady. Definitely worth more than that. And do remember to stop before you disappear, won't you?! What did you start at again? When do you become an official ww pompom shaker?

I'm starting to struggle here - suddenly feels a long way away. Here's still hoping it's just post-nights blues.

katylessbumpy · 27/03/2008 08:00

your posts and really cheered me up this morning.thanks girls

don't worry mlp i'm going by my body now.as soon as i feel comfy i'll stop.i reckon another half a stone,no more than that or my face will look really gaunt, but we'll see.

my weightloss has been 4 stone exactly.

i was 13 st 12 lb on the 1st june last year.i half heartedly lost a stone or so over a few months but never really followed any particular diet.i started this thread last year to push me on but kept losing the same weight over and over again.i decided to join ww as i wanted faster results and knew if i had to pay i'd stick to it.
i weighed in on 2nd jan this year at 11st 5 1/2 lbs and to date have lost 21 1/2 lbs following ww.

i going to start my training later in the year.i'm not ready to start back at work yet and want to enjoy the summer (if we get one!)

sorry,that was a bit of a waffle.

but it can be done
i could have lost it a lot faster if i'd stuck to it last year but slow and steady wins the race and i got there in the end

i'm thinking of starting a new thread.any ideas for a title????

LoveMyGirls · 27/03/2008 08:13

Your story is nearly the same as mine katy except it's taken me longer to get my arse into gear, I was 13.13 in dec 2005 lost about 2 stone on my own and settled down at 11 and a half stone for a bit (from sept 2006 to dec 2007) then i put half a stone on over christmas and it kicked me into starting WW with my sister in jan 2008 I'm really determined to get to my goal this time!

I can't decide wether to join the leisure centre and get all classes, swimming and gym for £32 per month OR buy a wii fit see here what do you ladies think?

katylessbumpy · 27/03/2008 08:20

i really fancy the wii fit but would you do it in the house?or would it be better if you got time to focus solely on you and go to the gym, swimming and classes
