Well I stayed the same today. The only suprise is I haven't put on weight as i've not exactly been good But today is the start of a new week, so i'm back on the wagon and we'll see what happens. DH keeps telling me I look great(liar ) and I look like i've lost loads(haven't actually lost that much but has made a huge difference) so I will keep on and try to lose more

The 10% goal is 10% of the starating weight? So I need to lose 17lbs altogether. 11 to go then

eddas - I've stayed the same this week too.

Have had all sorts of blow-outs over the last week, so really need to focus on what I want (ie not to be wobbling all over the place) rather than idly eating out of stress/boredom/gluttony.

Off to weigh later but really dont want to go! I will go, as it is the only way that I can get back on track. Missing a week now would be the end of me!! Well done to all losers (and those staying the same) this week. Hoping I can be in one of those camps this evening!

I think my scales are a bit temperamental tbh. I mean, I think there is a degree of accuracy, but, they are manual and we seem to have to keep adjusting the value to zero on a regular basis.

I have ordered a basic set of digital scales though from John Lewis (got £100 of vouchers when we got married ), I've also treated myself to one of those homemedic massage chair/cushion things. When they arrive at some point over the next week, I'll weigh myself immediately and list it on here.

I'm half expecting it to be more tbh.

Anyway, this morning - had a banana and a couple of strawberries.

For lunch - falafel and pitta bread and a dollop of houmous

Also had a couple of rich tea finger biscuits and a BGTY apple and blackcurrant bar.

I'm going to do something with a butternut squash for dinner. Possibly with some couscous!

VVV the digital scales are great. Something in the paper said this week that older scales can vary up to 10%. Imagine if you were actually 10% lighter than you thought you were! That would be so cool. Unfortunately have been using digital scales for years so no nice surprises for me.

B - poridge with honey and 3 grapes, tea with honey and crackers
L - cold chicken from Sunday roast
5 pm - home made soup of can plum toms, celery sticks, sweet corn and tiny amount of chicken (need the rest for curry tomorrow) with carry powder, ground cumin, bullion powder, dried oregano, cuenne peeper and black pepper, will have the rest for dinner and I had my soup with 2 pieces of walnut bread, no butter.
