I’m 5’3” and weigh 16 stone. I’m a size 18. Have no plans to diet but I have recently resumed running and try to walk 10,000 most days as well as having an active job. I just love food too much! (And I have an underactive thyroid, taking ADs for depression and am peri menopausal - so the holy trinity of weight gain 😂)

I'm 36, weigh 10st 7lbs, 5ft 4 and wear size 12/14 on the bottom and 10/12 on top. Wish I could get under 10st and be a size 10!

VyeBrator · 04/02/2023 20:35

I'm 54, weigh 8st 12. I'm a size 10 and occasionally an 8.

Under active thyroid but taking Levothyroxine.

I'm not really sure to be honest and the doctor said it was 'very underactive' when I was diagnosed.

My GP thinks my thyroid was under active for at least 4 years before diagnosis.

I gained about half a stone (used to be just under 8.5 st) but I was blaming peri-menopause and two lockdowns.

The meds didn't really make me lose weight but it meant all my horrible aches, pains and numbness in my legs disappeared.

5'6, currently 14 and a half stone, size 18. 33 years old.

I was 13.9 (still size 18 at that weight), but am 23 weeks pregnant and have gained just under a stone so far.

BelleSauvage9 · 04/02/2023 21:05

Ideally would like to be 10/10 and a half stone

Feeling huge, I really let myself go over the last few years, I'm really not comfortable and barely recognise myself :(

I've already lost a stone, I'm taking it slow and hopefully keeping it off through lifestyle change as opposed to a diet per se. I want to lose a further ~2 stone.

I was happiest at 9st 3lbs, but even then I was a size 10 as I have wide hips and shoulders.
