Sounds like you had a good day, Katy. I tried to be good but it's not my day. It started badly as my DS was playing up and I've settled him but I feel I could do with some cuddles, shouldn't wake him up though. I hope i wouldn't start comfort eating now. i had a carrot and prunes for B, l - home made vegie soup with oats buiscuits, then tea with jam and nuts, D - macarel with sugar snaps and 2 home made french fries and a big bawl of salad of toms, cucumber, yellow pepper and a squize of lemon juice. pieces of pear for pudding. The tea with jam and nuts. A lot of food already!

katylessbumpy · 08/02/2008 21:29

Jahan · 08/02/2008 22:22

Fedda - What coffee do you normally go for? I love going to coffee shops but usually have a 'skinniccino'
Have a look at this for cals ; www.caloriecounting.co.uk/resources/food/coffee-calories.htm

katylessbumpy · 08/02/2008 22:23

i sit in a bucket and slurp it up through my cellulite
hey polly,how's you x

OP posts:
pollywobbledoodle · 08/02/2008 22:28

anyway dh treated me and dd to lunch at wetherspoons today (big spender!)

so
lunch..crayfish and marie sauce on a granary baguette(shared with dd) a few chips (after dd and dh invited to share) and orange juice...and very nice it was too

eve...veg quiche, small baked potatoe and carrots and parsnips

just...4 little cocktail biscuits

bel...i tend to think that if it's less than you would usually have had and you don't feel deprived and tempted to eat again then you're doing ok!

pollywobbledoodle · 08/02/2008 22:30

lol,x post
feeling a lot better but still slow and wobbly(legs and belly)thanks

dd looks very cute....she has your face as i imagine it to be when you are smiling and not sporting a fisog

fedda · 08/02/2008 22:31

Thank you for the link, Jahan. Normally i have coffee late or caramel late, I used to have misto but they sometimes make it awful. Starbaks has a crap coffee anyway but it's soooooo comfortable there and the music is so relaxing, just what I need after i get my kids to school. last time i had Americano, it was too strong for me so I put 3 sugars, dasted with chocolate and vanilla which I'm sure has sugar in it as it tastes sweet.

katylessbumpy · 08/02/2008 22:31

i quite like weatherspoons or witherspoons as my mum calls it
i'm off to be in a minute,i'm tired and fed up and dd is still up.she has been to bed once but woke up screaming so i'm just waiting for the calpol to work

OP posts:
fedda · 08/02/2008 22:33

Katy, I only wanted you to be careful. May be it's just me but when I drink too much water or have too much soup I wee every 20 minutes and constantly get up in the night getting mad at myself. I'm sure it's too much work for kidneys and it can make me feel unwell. Sorry if I upset you.

katylessbumpy · 08/02/2008 22:34

i'll take that as a complement polly although my fisog has been fixed in place by the wind today.i've been a right grumpy bitch and it's dhs birthday tomorrow so i have to be nice

OP posts:
Jahan · 08/02/2008 22:35

Sounds lovely Fedda. I luuuurve coffee. I heard that apparently coffee drinkers are slimmer than tea drinkers so I guess, keep going

katylessbumpy · 08/02/2008 22:36

you didn't upset me fedda.i'm just due af [why isn't there a pmt face]

glad your not as wobbly as you were polly.hope dh is still looking after you x

OP posts:
Jahan · 08/02/2008 22:36

OP posts:
Jahan · 08/02/2008 22:48

I did see your pic, Katy (lovely hair but a glum expression. lol. You look lovely, anyway), but I'm being thick, aren't I? I still don't know what a fisog is.

Apparently, I heard once a long time ago, coffee drinkers are always on the go and tea drinkers are always relaxing. Or something like that.
