you can have coffee at home.it's the coofee shop ones with the little chocolates that you need to avoid.they are your dieting downfall.

I'm so excited aboutmy gym induction on Sat as I can regularly some me time

susiecutiemincepies · 07/02/2008 13:36

I forgot to weigh this morning. I will tomorrow morning though.
I put on some trousers I had bought in my usual size 14 from M & S. when I bought them 2 weeks ago, I was really shocked and dismayed that they were too uncomfortable to wear, plus, i struggled to do them up. I was gutted. I am not getting a bigger size... Well, i put them on this morning, and they did up fine, and were much more comfortable. A little tight on the thighs, but loosened up a bit once i'd worn them an hour or so. SO I MUST have lost some 'size' even if not weight
we will see tomorrow. !

I have changed out of them now though. wnated to be more conmfy, but seeing as i couldnt do them up, i'm a bit happier.

Keep it up girls catch you later.

Oh,
Breaky: Slimfast
Lunch: slimfast
Tea, not sure! prob pasta and veg or somehting

I so want to lose weight. I have never felt or looked this fat and frumpy.
