Fuck I'm so lardy, I've hit peak fatness and need to sort it out.

It would appear that all I do is stuff my face with crap, lots of crap.

I'm going to try and sort myself out, starting tomorrow.

I'm scared, I'm useless at dieting but it's getting serious. I'm so unhappy, I caught sight of myself in the window walking past Costa coffee today. It was grim.

Anyone want to join me?

Weigh day tomorrow.

I am now 71.3kg, so 0.8kg since last week and 2.2kg total over 3 weeks (roughly 5lbs). Actually feel like I lost more - my 28" jeans are pretty loose now and stomach tyre is now a BMX tyre rather than a monster truck tyre. Aiming to be pretty strict until Wednesday but then we are away for a week and have a lot going on on Halloween weekend so my realistic aim is to still weigh 71.3kg in 2 weeks time. Gotta remember it's a marathon not a sprint.

Well done everyone.

The only reason I lost 4.5 lbs was because I had my tooth pulled on Thursday so I have only eaten tiny amounts of mashed veg since then. I've been starving but haven't been able to eat properly. My mouth is feeling better today so no doubt I will be back on the food!

I'm having my covid jab this evening. With the previous jabs I had really bad side effects so I'm expecting the same. That will be another couple of days of hardly eating. Then, tomorrow I'm having a flu jab. It's really hard putting yourself up for something knowing it's going to make me feel rough but needs must.

Well done to all of you for getting through the last two weeks, I'm proud of you all.

Down 1.2 kg since last Monday. Also day 3 without coffee, with similar effect to @illiterato . Pending weight loss stuck in the tubes 😳

I've failed miserably for the past week. I can literally not stop eating, no idea why. I'm going to go back to using MFP, and really upping the walking and gym classes.

But well done to everybody else!

I did this a while back, and lost half a stone, thanks to the tooth and dry socket! My diet consisted of yoghurts, and 'inside quiche', which was lovely, if a tad boring.

No idea if I'm down probably up but pure greed over the weekend!

Trying to replace snacks with fruit and having dark chocolate rice cakes (small ones). The minis are only 102 calories a pack which isn't too bad.

mine was the same this morning at 15, 9 - argh.

My food diary looks ok but the Chinese sent me up by two pounds which it appeared to take the rest of the week to shift back down.

juicing started today, two green ones and a black one so far. Mmmmmm

@Sodullincomparison I started at 11st 13lbs and today I'm 11st 1.5lbs.

The first week I had a cold virus and lost my appetite for a few days. The second week I broke my tooth and had to have it pulled so for four days I could only eat small amounts of mashed up veg.

It's nothing to do with me being good unfortunately 🤣

Every cloud.

I started at 79.6kg and now 78.5kg. So a small loss in two weeks but I’ve only really reduced snacking rather than a massive diet change. I’m happy with the loss though, it’s spurring me on to keep going!

1.5lb off this week, so 3.5lbs in 2 weeks which I’m a little disappointed with. But I’m determined to stick with it as I’ve got some lovely clothes in my wardrobe that I really want to wear again.

God am depressed. Weighed myself this morning after basically eating nothing for the last two weeks and weigh exactly the same as on 3 October.

@HairyKnobsAndBroomsticks It's been easier than the last 4 times although my poor dh is getting the worst of my bad mood. He's resorted to throwing biscuits at me when i start. Then I shuffle away to crunch shamefully in a corner til I'm over the worst.

@Sodullincomparison haha! I know. Google says that chicory or watercress could be used as a substitute for Red Endive although to be honest I’ll probably go for a good old normal lettuce!

leftover roasted veg (aubergine, peppers, tomatoes)
4 x Ryvita with scraping of butter
leek, tomato and pearl barley risotto with 75g pearl barley
(full disclosure) 350ml white wine
i haven’t counted the calories but it can’t be very much surely?

So I stepped in the scales yesterday morning and it said err.
Tried not to take it personally, then realised the battery was low 🤣 Off to get new battery today. Has not been a great wknd but I’m with you @OhMalakas I'm only day 3 (again!) but determined. Have to do this. Don’t want to be a smoker anymore and hide in the garden where the kids can’t see.
And yet, even knowing that, it’s still so hard?! Biscuits def help.. we’ll done,

I’ve decided to take a sm break too, apart from mn, as I’m just not being productive, keep
geting lost in mindless scrolling. Hopefully that will help me move more!
