It would appear that all I do is stuff my face with crap, lots of crap.

I'm going to try and sort myself out, starting tomorrow.

I'm scared, I'm useless at dieting but it's getting serious. I'm so unhappy, I caught sight of myself in the window walking past Costa coffee today. It was grim.

Anyone want to join me?

I will join you. I lost 2.5 stone last year but suspect I have put at least half back on. Scared to step on the scales! I feel generally very lumpy and lethargic and unhealthy. Going to do OMAD Mon- Fri as of tomorrow, plus 14mins of Lucy Wyndham-Read daily. Good luck everyone!

Christmas will definitely be my downfall. I overate today but I'm trying not to give myself a hard time about it as I would have done with previous diets - OR think Oh fuck it as I've already eaten I may as well just eat and eat as the day's a write off.

I start Christmas eating in October. As soon as the tubs of quality street etc are in the shops I'm off!

I am so desperately unhappy and need to lose 3 stone!
12 weeks until Christmas Day today and I need to make some decent progress by then.
My big clothes no longer fit and I can't find anything to wear each day which is very depressing and stressful. Nothing in the shops looks nice. More importantly I also feel incredibly unhealthy.

i definitely feel ya! it's so hard. i love my food & i always have, but it just makes me feel so rubbish after but i still can't help it :( have tried everything, every diet under the sun but can't stick to it!! weight day for me tomorrow too, one step at a time, we can all do this 💖

Yep I’m in too. I work in an office and there seems to be no end of cakes / biscuits etc on the go! I can barely button up my work trousers now!!

Icecolder that sounds good, I like the idea of a nutritionist led plan, I'm interested in being re-educated about food too.

I've totally lost my control I used to be pretty good before I had children. Now food just goes in my mouth without even thinking of it, crusts from the kids sarnies, a few spoons of left coco pops, half a bag of crisps. I dread to think what it all adds too and I know it really doesn't help that constant tired feeling.

I need to do this too, my aim this year was to lose the extra 2 stone I've been carrying around In time for my friends wedding... that's in December and I still am no closer 😔 I know I won't lose the whole 2 stone but I would like to be about a stone down.

I just need to stop snacking, stop comfort eating after a stressful work day, eat better lunches and crack on with the exercise! Will weigh in tomorrow, see where I'm at, i havent braved the scales in over a month as I've been terrible with my eating!

12 weeks to Christmas - you could lose 1 or even 2 stone by then, or put more weight on.

I've been calorie counting for four weeks tomorrow and have lost just over a stone. It's tedious but I'm logging everything on My Fitness Pal and holding myself to account.

I'd started buying size 24 clothes, and now I'm wearing my size 20 stuff again.

I'm waiting for the big burst of energy, but honestly I just want to lose the 2.5 stone I gained over covid and lockdowns and get back into the clothes in my wardrobe. I'm never going to be slim, but I can do better than I have been doing.

Get on it in the morning, make good choices, get through the first few days and you'll be on your way.

I'm a massive comfort eater. Any sign of stress and I scoff chocolate in copious amounts. Then I feel depressed. Rinse and repeat.

Not only am I fat but all the sweet food is wrecking my teeth. I went to the dentist recently, first time since lockdown and I needed four fillings. My NHS dentist left during covid so I'm paying private prices. It's not cheap.

We should change the term comfort eating to something else. I love to comfort eat with carbs. But it's the over eating that leads to all this discomfort!!!

I need to lose 2 stone. Unfortunately I'm probably going to have to exercise. I can't seem to lose weight just by dieting alone.

Not sure I am ready to face the scales yet but I did just pay for 30 yoga lessons and have done two.

Fuck me, it's hard. Plus, tummy prevents bending down. And I ache like buggary.

But I have a very supportive friend and I have paid now, so I will keep doing it.

Take a look at fast800. The results are quicker so help you stay motivated. Particularly if you’re partial to carbs and sugar. It’s easier to cut it all off straight away rather than the occasional’dabble’ Lost a stone so far in 6 weeks.

I'd like to aim for a stone and a half off for Xmas.

Unfortunately I seem to have no control when I'm around food. It's all or nothing...the snacking and pigging out on total garbage has to stop for my health! I'll weigh in tomorrow morning.

I’m in. I’m not overweight yet but heading that way and hating the shape and poor fitness levels!

I just ate two packet’s of crisps out of boredom after a massive dinner!

I’m going to try recording everything on nutra check, drinking shit loads of water, maybe omad (😣), cut down on wine, switching from builders tea with milk and sugar to green tea, 15 minutes of yoga and trying to do 10000 steps a day.
I might have to introduce each new thing slowly or I’ll get overwhelmed and give up! Maybe tomorrow I’ll start with nutra check and water.

I’ll weigh tomorrow morning.
