Am awake early l had cramp in my leg 🦵😱
Very painful but gone now thankfully, l take huge Magnesium tablets for it too which has helped but it really hurts when it attacks 🙄
Am doing well here, even though l am just awake l feel in control , thank God, hope everyone is fine today too .

we are awake early in Hay with a mild hangover 😂 it’s so pretty here, think we will have a chill day and just explore the town. We also want to go to Crickhowell which is a very special place for us where we went on one of our first trips away as a couple. 💖

Ouch cramp

Gen thank you re Mum she is not doing so well at home, not eating or drinking unless under duress . l have told her straight today, either she eats and drinks or she will die . I am hoping to instill some will into her but l can't make her eat or drink .
Crickhowell is my home town .l was born there and grew up there and l know l am biased lol but it is a very special place

Food has been fine thankfully , busy so very good

mrs DH mum is literally the exact same and is 92 - are they twins? She is refusing meds and food/water and wondering why she feels crap.
we had a beautiful afternoon in Crick today - pottered around the lovely shops, bought a cookbook in the book shop and had a coffee and large cake!
then back to Hay for a nap before dinner. Not very calorie friendly 🤣

Gen l am feeling so mean to go on to her to eat and drink but it's all l can do. Despite everything l feel so sorry for her.
Your DH Mum has been worse than my Mum ever knew how to be though. She's a real piece of work but even knowing that , your DH will be upset and worried and feel helpless 😌
It's a reflection on how good and kind and compassionate your DH is, not on how good a Mother she has been to him unfortunately.
Am so glad you had a lovely day, Bookish is a lovely book shop where you can get a lovely cuppa ☕ and a cake 🍰🤗
My favourite shop is Nicholls. It has such lovely things in there ❤️

I have been fasting all day busy with Mum so it really helps with the food thank God!

I’m going to do les mills online, I have more aches and pains from not excising than when I do, I will begin 31 Aug as on leave for a few days

I signed up for an exercise app for a year I haven't done one workout, life you just gave me the shove I needed to use it.

we are on road to see MIL. Had a big Mexican meal with lots of wine last night with friends but that’s it now, on the straight and narrow til my surgery later this month.
