I wish I ate potato so I could have baked ones, used to work in a deli in Edinburgh which served them with a range of toppings they seemed super filling l.

McDonald's at any time is rank but breakfast is particularly disgusting 🤮

No weight lost but none gained either

Happier l agree with you l can't bring myself to eat it tbh

Been ok here busy as per , done a tiny bit of cooking , chicken stir fry and it was lovely

I do like potato but they are not filling for me, well I’m full at the time but hungry quickly, but like the salad I had at lunch, delicious, good protein and fiber, fast burn off

Protein is the word l think Life
So tired going to have a nap of l can , food is fine hope everyone is ok 😊

l have been so busy with MumBobs. l have had a day of it and not eaten a damn thing or drank anything , Mum was admitted to the assessment ward due to dehydration from vomiting , she has an infection somewhere , UTI or Chest, Gastro or her Ulcer wound, the Drs don't know where so she is having tests , she is on an IV for fluids and Antibiotics. I am sure she will be fine very soon . My Dd1 is staying with Bobbo she's such a darling .

I’m ok, had a migraine so dropped off for a couple of days, didn’t weigh today as dh called out to work at 3am so my sleep is all over,
don’t fret it’s part of his job.

I had an ice cream wafer last night and it was just ok. I also chose yoghurt and granola over a bacon roll, I think I’ve been taken over by aliens 🤔

Mum has a UTI , she's much better, home on Monday after the Physio has seen her 😊
Am so busy with everything, looking after Bobbo , visiting Mum , looking after the cats , washing, ironing and cleaning l have not had a thing to eat yet 😱
I will make up for it when l get home from MumBobs 😊
Not scoff but will eat a nice meal .

mrs I love chicken salad. You can’t go wrong! We had a takeaway for dinner as both too wrecked to cook.
off on our mini moon tomorrow, will be a lovely relaxing few days before DH starts back to work.
I am not going to track while away but am going to track once back until my tonsil op in Sept.

Good morning everyone 🤗
Looks as if Mum has some kidney damage and failure . They put her back on the IV fluids overnight so l will have to see what is going on with her today . It's a huge worry because we will be left with the care of Bobbo if anything happens to Mum &. I feel so sorry for him . I don't know quite what to expect tbh but at least l am totally off food 🙄

Aw thank you so much Life. Some good news this morning after the night l spent worrying 😊 spoken to the Drs , Mum is coming home , her kidney function is much better today . They did bloods first thing and she has got damage from the drugs but they are altering her medications. Reducing her Losartan and Fruesemide and no more Naproxen, on antibiotics and the Dr said to make the most of every day because she is nearly 91 . He's right l know 😌
