I’m a dog owner and I hate barking dogs

In my family home, there were a family who bred dogs a few doors down, the people right next door were driven to roaring "SHUT UP FOR GODS SAKE" regularly.
It did not work...

No and it’s not the poor dog’s fault either

We have always had dogs and apart from the obvious barking for the postman and doorbell they were fine , l think sometimes they might pick up on the stress in the house the poor things . Sorry you can hear all this noise it must really get on your nerves when you can't get from it .

Life you are keeping it together an ddoing a grand job , your mental health is so important and much more important than that elusive half a stone imho , l hope youknow this is coming form a caring place

Bloody long day here, possibly a good sign as I've been fully awake from 5am'ish so might get a decent sleep. It'll be 7 days on Monday since my first symptoms which I had thought might be a chest infection. Sincerely hoping I'm not one of the unfortunates that gets a 2 week lingering dose!

not I lived next door to a neglected dog that barked literally non stop, I had a complaint in motion with the council when the family sold up and moved away. It was destroying my mental health and ruining my enjoyment of my home completely. I was getting complaints from my students as it was lockdown and they could hear the barking in our online lessons. The couple were totally unapologetic and brazen. Much sympathy!
we are having the best time, weather has been fab. Lots of swimming and beach time. I am sure I’ve gained weight but I’ll have to hope I can lose it all before the wedding and fit into the dress 😂

The poor creature and poor you, it sounds miserable. Seriously some people, they shouldn't be allowed custody of a spoon let alone a living thing. The dog must have heard me complaining or he's having a lie in, all quiet so far. My last nerve has been v close to the surface, everything was like salt in the wound.
Your honeymoon sounds fabulous, well may you enjoy it and not one second of weight worry are you to have!

Oh no, poor kid, is he ok? I'm proper tired out after a few hours in the garden, had a little nana nap after it. Definitely improving but washed out with it. Odd illness for sure

Made about 10k steps yesterday but rubbish food. Will do some aerobics before it gets too hot and a pump.

what to eat in this heat

Got out for a walk, good to be out but it's floored me. I got 7,000 done. Back lying down for a bit, hoping work will be quiet today. Scales is at 171.2 for 3 days now, might start to move down now I'm recovering a bit. Today was a start. Been eating a bit too high calories with no activity and it wasn't necessary, just a bit too much comfort. Could have been worse.

Woah not. Be kind to your self, get well then worry about weight loss.

Also realistically there is no way you would have put that much weight on in this out if time it's all water and bloat you will lose loads when you are better l hope you are feeling better very soon sweetheart l am sorry lovely💐

Been ok so far , went shopping early to Aldis to get the basics before it gets too hot . Hope everyone is doing ok too. I know it's hard keeping going but there is no other answer to it . We have to keep fighting or else .

Same here my previous dogs didn't bark and this one only barks when birds exit the nest above her kennel
