I’m not losing anything but running fast and loose with tracking ie not
took the doggo for a long walk while it’s cool 5900 already
buying a second pump set from the gym today £40 , they were also selling trampoline but I’m banned from bounce

Starting the day with a meal with 29gr protein at 8.30, only starting to get a whisper of hunger which is brill. The type of hunger I can stave off with a coffee

Omelette with 2 eggs, in it 2 slices of ham chopped up with 10gr cheddar. Slice of toast with a cheese triangle - 360 cals in all.
Tuna sambo for just under 400 with 38gr protein, full til dinner, ok a bit peckish around 4.30 but got busy & distracted so no big deal

We'll see how it goes. I brought a high protein yog to work, a protein bar, an egg & slice of bread. Found the yog hard to stomach so only managed half, ate half the bar plus egg with toast. 345 cals, 33gr protein. So I'm just finished, let's see when I feel hungry again. I've half left of the yog I can just about stomach if I must. I think, from past experiences, that processed proteins aren't great for me, powders/bars etc.

Ok, I did have an apple around 11 but that was for health not hunger. Getting a few hunger signals now. Don't think I'll do that breakfast again though, yog made me a bit queasy. No steps worth mentioning- not in the humour for walk but I'll push myself later

I'm not keen on the added protein yogs ether , shudder , l think it's the texture .
Been ok past 2 days , the heat helps imho because you don't want much to eat just long cold drinks , am wondering whether the extra fluid is filling as well , l suppose it would Hmm l am a dullard sometimes Grin

Thanks everyone for the kind wishes 😊 I had a fab eve with DH and totally over did it so feeling rough today!! Worth it as it was one of those amazing nights where food was perfect, we had a brilliant time.
Have of course had carby day today as a result - breakfast out with a friend, poached egg and black pudding on sourdough and two milky coffees. Lunch more coffee and smoked salmon cream cheese sandwich. 😳 all the water!!
I don’t like protein added yogs but I like skyr. I also bake protein powder into pancakes or muffins.

Yeah, I think 0% Greek is about the only way I'd get protein in - you're right mrs it's the textureEnvy
Got around 38gr in with lunch and started to feel a bit of hunger when cooking child's tea....half a sausage may have found its way into my gob! But only 46 cals & 3.5gr of protein.
If I saw 9.7 on the scales, I'd assume I was dead and this was heaven😂 Sorry being flippant!

No choceur here but over cals by around 300 and had to send my hefty arse to bed. There have been worse Fridays, starting to sound like something I could set to music, we could make a song you and me life about our falling down. But we do get back up again! Only fail if you don't

Got my week 2, day 3 c25k done. Did a light bodypump, really finding it hard to lift like I did last month so having to go lighter. I'll improve but it's going to take a few weeks. Doing mum taxi next, I'll get a 40 min walk in between dropping one off and the next drop off. Then protein heavy brunch. Continuing my efforts to up the protein

I like the Skyr Yogs too but the Quark and the protein ones are yukky 😊

You're having a great social life these last few weeks mrs, I'm wel jel. Yeah I'm pretty determined to shift the holiday bulge, only 3.8lb to go until I'm back to pre-holiday. Considering I was up 10 pound 2 weeks ago, that's good going. Had Chinee tonight, did a thing where I weighed it in the cartons and then took my amount. I was happy to go back for more if I wanted but as it turned out it was plenty. Had a third of two mains dishes, a third of a bag of chips and a quarter of the rice. Felt completely satisfied 😊

Not that is such great going only 3.8 lbs left till back to your pre hols weight excellent well done ! We can't go away for hols due to MumBobs so we are doing more theatre/show trips to make up for it this Summer Smile
