We'll see how it goes. I brought a high protein yog to work, a protein bar, an egg & slice of bread. Found the yog hard to stomach so only managed half, ate half the bar plus egg with toast. 345 cals, 33gr protein. So I'm just finished, let's see when I feel hungry again. I've half left of the yog I can just about stomach if I must. I think, from past experiences, that processed proteins aren't great for me, powders/bars etc.
