Oh boy, super busy day. Just over 15,000 steps and at 1720, hard to decide whether to eat the remaining 270 - am I eating them for the sake of it or would I be better leaving them behind to help me later in the week, decisions decisions. Got to say though, I nearly forgot around 200 cals I'd eaten while running around. I'm sure that's not the first time! Selective memory at times

And I just remembered a skinny cappuccino I had earlier, so now I've 160 left!

12600 steps but lots of weeding. Not walking as far as too hot for doggo. No pump, has the best of intentions but didn’t, food around the 1700 mark

Gensola · 20/06/2022 20:26

150 under cals - steps 19000 and body pump 50 min. Have a super long day tomorrow including dinner out for birthday with work mates, then dinner out on Thurs for actual birthday with husband.
hoping to get up at 5 for body pump tomorrow and use my lunch break to get an hours walk in to take the edge off my dinner out.
not I always forget coffees too!

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2022 06:53

I will do pump today
stiff from gardening
weigh is up but I feel as slimmer. Less bloated

Happierwithouthim · 21/06/2022 08:45

life isn't that just the best feeling

Lovely walk on beach yesterday with bf and ddog, came home and made king prawn stirfry for dinner and didn't touch another bite after that, was busy emptying the laundry basket, sorting out the rubbish etc.

Scales is sts

Not2bObvious · 21/06/2022 09:44

C25k done, only managed 20 mins of body pump as my back is a bit tricky. Down 1.2 on yesterday's weekend bloat. I love a beach walk happier, I got a pier walk & a country walk yesterday, was fab.
Nice one on feeling trimmer life, great to have NSVs

Didn’t make it up for body pump but walked the last 35 mins to work instead. Now in a course 10-1. Hair appt 2, can’t wait - find it so relaxing! Then student meetings 4-6. Out for dinner this eve, have packed healthy breakfast and lunch to save as many cals as possible.
happier I love a beach walk

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/06/2022 12:54

Did pump but dh did dog walk so will have to force steps

Happierwithouthim · 21/06/2022 14:01

I'm fortunate enough to be close to many beaches Smile

Not2bObvious · 21/06/2022 15:14

You lucky thing happier, I'm just close to bloody busy noisy roads! To be fair I've some nice parks in my area, but they get so samey. Anyone else feel that, just getting bored of the same old walks? I can drive to nicer spots but traffic is always a consideration.
Feeling peckish, uggg, at least 2.5 hours until dinner. Might make a more substantial snack, I have cals

Happierwithouthim · 21/06/2022 19:06

My friend told dc she'd take them to McDonald's after guides except she's sick and tonight's their last night so I got stuck with the job. I feel I deserve something nice for the hassle Grin

Not2bObvious · 21/06/2022 21:37

I seriously have to find better filling fools, I have been such a snacker today - blown through today's cals & yesterdays saved cals. Stomach is still rumbling grrr

My munchfest resulted in a flux, same weight as last Wednesday. Will need to do better today, barely moved so far today

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/06/2022 18:19

Munchkin day today too. The stress has now mostly passed so hopefully better day tomorrow

Gensola · 22/06/2022 19:28

I’m craving pizza. Luckily we are having someone over who is gluten free so I’ve already made baked salmon and a lovely salad. 😂
birthday meal out tomorrow with DH - tapas which is a fave of mine. Coffee and cake with a girlfriend earlier in the day so plenty of calories will be consumed lol.

Happierwithouthim · 22/06/2022 22:56

Your own birthday gen?

My eatstro meal today was creamy pasta with smoked bacon, green beans & mint. It was grand but not amazing. I got 6 meals for €32 on special - full price is €52, I've to decide by tomo morn if I'll get it next week.

Gensola · 22/06/2022 23:02

Yes my birthday ☺️

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/06/2022 06:10

Happy birthday gen x

Not2bObvious · 23/06/2022 08:14

Aww Happy Birthday gen, I hope you have a brilliant day. Tapas, coffee & cake dates, sounds lovely already!
Is that €52 for 6 meals that feed you all happier? If they did & they helped you with diet aims, it'd be a hell yeah, if not - meh. But I'm a fussy meany.
I'm about back to Fridays number, I have to figure out how to get more protein in, I'm not eat enough satiating foods so I'm blowing through my cals with muck. Of course I should buy less muck 🤦‍♀️
