Do you go to class ?
How long have you been doing it & how much have you lost ?

I am on my second week (weigh-in tomorrow). I go to a weigh and go class in the city in my lunch hour and have lost 8lbs so far. I miss going to an actual class though so am looking for some support on here.

Hello......

I joined weight watchers two weeks ago and so far have lost 8.5 lbs. Altogether I have got to lose 9 stone, so pretty much a long way to go yet....
It has been hard at times...especially in the evenings when I tended to comfort eat but have found sugar free jelly my real best friend as it gives me the sweetnest I crave so much.

My weight got really bad when I lost my first Son to Strep B aged four days and then got pregnant 4 months later to my second son, whom I am pleased to say that he is now a healthy and happy 10 month old.
I got very depressed and found chocolate my comfort.

I have to say that although I have only been doing this for two weeks, I feel much more healthier.
Ive just started an excersise dvd called 'personal trainer' and to honest I really enjoy it and feel much better afterwards.

I am determined to lose my weight and become a healthier/sexier woman!!!

I went for my second weigh-in on Wednesday and I lost 1.5lbs. I was very pleased with myself and am hoping to do the same or better next week.

well done kayleigh and Dior. I am doing ww at home to try to lose Christmas weight - I have lost 3lbs so far - just 3.5 to go to get to my gold goal weight. I really would like to lose 6 ...Finding it harder doing by myself

Grommit · 21/01/2005 20:32

Dior - meant to say - leave the choc! If you are anything like me it will send you on the road to ruin!!! off now to have my ww pizza (yuck!)

Hi, haven't posted for a while but I am still on WW. I am counting points as I feel more in control of what I'm doing.

I've lost 8.5lbs since before Christmas and really pleased to say I haven't put on over Christmas either. My friend who had lost weight is now 1lb more than when she started in Dec.

I've really been trying to work on what makes me over eat and why I do eat. I know it has nothing to do with hunger but just stupid things I had in my head. Like this one 'I must eat more as I might be hungry later'. I mean where did I get that from?

Also 'I'll just eat this, no one will know'.

I went shopping yesterday I felt so much more confident and went to River Island for the first time in years. I go into some size 14 camouflage trousers that I love and will wear today.

Keep going everyone, you can do it.

fairycakes · 22/01/2005 15:27

well done secondhandrose - its great when you can fit into something like that, that's my aim, to be able to wear some boots i got for xmas with a short denim skirt by the time i go on hoiday in april - i used to wear stuff like that all the time when iwas a size 8 not so long ago, now i am pushing a 14/16 so i am determined to get into them again - although i must sy im not really going the right way about it these last few weeks!

hi wozzle1 - good luck - and tell me what you think of that personal trainer dvd as i was having a look at that the other day and couldnt make my mind up to buy it or not?

fairycakes · 22/01/2005 15:28
