Mrsmadevans · 11/02/2021 20:14

Omg Gen it's so exciting am praying and wishing and hoping it's positive 😃🙏🤗

Mrsmadevans · 11/02/2021 20:15

Em hope you are ok tonight lovely 💐
Happier that knee looks painful hope you are not in too much agony 💐

Mrsmadevans · 11/02/2021 20:18

Not iced buns are just the dogs wotsits especially with some butter on them 😘😋

Mrsmadevans · 11/02/2021 20:20

I ate some Haagan das today , no l have not been very good food wise 🙄 salted caramel flavour , it wasn't very nice really l will not buy it again! Serves me right!!! 😂

Not2bObvious · 11/02/2021 21:34

Ow happier, that's nasty, you poor pet! Must be very sore.
I've never thought of butter on an iced bun mrs, you're a bad influence! Love Haagen das, pralines & cream was my fav when I was young & skinny.
Closer to 300 over, I'm a scourge. Time for bed

I had wine and cheese let’s. And pizza.

Back on the wagon tomorrow.

Having some nice water now.

Mrsmadevans · 11/02/2021 23:28

DefinItely not on the wagon tomorrow l am afraid Em , it's Dh's 65th birthday and l have a cunning plan to eat a massIve piece of his choc fudge birthday cake Grin
Not it's the best honestly, it's delicious , Anchor is the preferred spread Grin
l had better shut up because l am leading you all astray and you will kick me out Grin

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2021 07:40

There'd be no one here if there was a tempting food trigger ban haha, I think you're probably the best influence around here mrs, hope dh has a great birthday and enjoy every morsel of cake.
At last a decent shift down on the scales of 1.4, instant thought is not to mess up over the weekend. That's too much pressure & completely unrealistic, I'll try not to mess up as much on the weekend. Food is planned so after tonight's takeaway it's back on the home cooked meals. Alcohol & snacks need a modicum of control.

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 12/02/2021 08:35

AHH thank you Not
I don't know if I am a good influence but l don't mean any harm 😂 just stick me in the corner like baby 😂😂😂
Great stuff re the 1.4 down well done!

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/02/2021 09:05

I wouldn't put butter on an iced bun but I love a sweet iced bun. None of this fake cream and jam shite though. I'm not a bigger butter (or spread) fan though.

Maintenance for most of this week, untracked so I will take the win.

Happy birthday Mr and enjoy the cake Mrs

I don't like haagen das or Ben and Jerry. I'm a cheap girl give me Aldi triple chocolate any day. And don't expect me to share either

Happierwithouthim · 12/02/2021 10:19

Much improved now guys thanks
gen so excited for you, fingers toes and everything inbetween crossed!

I've sensitive teeth so not really an icecream person. Dd asked for vanilla and mint choc icecream when I did the shopping two weeks ago, by text when I was already shopping so I duly got both, came home to my teeny freezer to discover an unopened tub of mint icecream. Aaannnnd she hasn't opening any of the three tubs since Hmm

I ate all around me yesterday. Steak, chips, pepper sauce for dinner as bf got my gas fitting sorted. Followed by choc oaties biscuits, centra club milk, lindt chocolate egg. I was blaming this on pill free week but I took it this week and still had same kind of week Hmm

Scales is staying on the right side of 13stone barely Sad

Gensola · 12/02/2021 10:23

BFN today sadly - it is 3 days earlier than my clinic told me to test but can’t help thinking it’s not a good sign. Will test again on Monday which is my official test day but think this round has failed

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2021 10:56

I'm sorry to hear that gen, but in honesty they tell you not to test for this very reason. There's nothing conclusive about today, that doesn't mean you shouldn't be down - you're only human, you be kind to yourself today💗

OP posts:
Gensola · 12/02/2021 13:27

not thanks 🙏🏻 I just wish I hadn’t tested now. Need to stay off the fertility boards for a bit.

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2021 14:59

Ahh I know, but it's easier said than done - rest & relax over the weekend Thanks
Walk to neighbouring town to do banking done, 8,500 steps and got an additional 8,000 between body combat & 20 mins treadmill jogging. Only day I've gotten the 15,000+, working ok so far. There's weeks where I think the 15,000 is detrimental, this was one of those weeks.

Mrsmadevans · 12/02/2021 15:15

Gen hang on a bit you just don't know what is going on yet lovely 💐
Well done Not great going 👏👏
Happier l have the most sensitive teeth going. Ouch!!
I use the sensitive plus toothpaste from Lidl and find it excellent 😀

Mrsmadevans · 12/02/2021 15:20

life thank you re DH birthday, the cake isn't all l thought it would be so am not really eating it . Too sweet by far! Well done on the maintain this week great stuff! 👏👏👏

Have bought some Marmite hot cross buns from Marks to try as a treat for him me instead😂👏👏😋😋😋

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2021 17:33

Never had marmite. I don't think it's a thing here 🤔 Although I have seen those HC in M&S, I'm kind of banned from buying HCB's as I buy rather too many yellow stickered ones a couple of years and took over my spare freezerBlush I don't even like them that much, just a scourge for a bargain!

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 12/02/2021 18:38

😂😂😂 you sound just like me Not !! I cannot pass a bargain up😁

Gensola · 12/02/2021 20:26

mrs and not DH is still Hmm at me for buying a whole crate of passata when it was on deep discount, think it was 40 bottles. We only have 4 left now so who’s laughing Grin

I went for a long walk today and did a relaxing yoga. 15,027 steps. First day I’ve hit the goal since Monday this week.
Tomorrow we are doing a mercy dash to PILs with food and meds. DFIL is much better now but they can’t go out at all in this weather and their sainsburys delivery arrived with half the stuff missing. DMil particularly worried about the lack of leeks 😂
I feel much more cheerful now after my yoga teacher said «choose consciously to leave all the things that annoyed you this week behind. Choose to let them go. They will not haunt you any more»

lifelongfrugaleer · 12/02/2021 20:53

Don't give up hope yet gen. Wise words from yoga teacher

Marmite Envy not envy

12800 steps today. Food [shrug]

Not2bObvious · 12/02/2021 20:53

I love what your yoga teacher said gen, I'm going to save that. Namaste 🙏
I am a dieting queen, kitchen closed, estimated just under 2,000 - 250ml of wine, 2 x G&T, smallish amount of snacks, reasonable portion of takeaway. Off to bed soon. Less alcohol, less snacking

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 12/02/2021 21:14

Well done Not Smile
The chocolate cake is vile l hate it , l actually threw mine out !

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/02/2021 07:46
