Not doing great here either. The usual weekdays are fine, then weekends are carnage. To be fair this weekend wasn't too bad but still a lot over. Got to keep trying, 4-5 decent days is a positive thing.

25 aerobics and 25 pump done plus a walk to be stabbed in the arm. 9300 steps

Not2bObvious · 18/04/2021 16:27

30 mins body pump, 30 mins treadmill, 45 mins walk to shops. Just over 10,000 steps, done in

Hope your jab went ok life. It has been a lonnnng day, a bit over calories, probably more than I think as had takeaway lunch but it's done now. Very tired now, sore throat and achy back, ugh nearly Monday again

Gensola · 18/04/2021 21:17

life great that you got the jab. I feel the same about work not slightly anxious about the term ahead, it’s just all the covid stuff which makes things ten times harder.
Food today was ok, I made banana flapjack to use up old manky banana, it’s pretty yummy and not too much sugar.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/04/2021 21:17

Yes, in was anxious about it
So far no side affects.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/04/2021 21:18

I always have that Sunday feeling. Soon be 1/2 term gen

Mrsmadevans · 18/04/2021 22:42

Oh Gen l am sorry Sweetheart💐
Life great news re your jab! 😀
Not hope you are ok 💐
Hay fever has been dreadful here today l am so tired! Sneezing and sniffing I have driven myself nuts!
Good was slightly 'Meh' but Monday morning tomorrow 😀👏
Have a goodnight sleep Everyone 🥱😊

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/04/2021 07:06

So far so good. Got the punched in the arm feeling and a bit of a stuffy head but the bedroom window was shut last night when it usually isn't.

No weight, going to try stopping this destruction with food. Nice day so will walk out later

Gensola · 19/04/2021 07:12

I am driving a neighbour to the hospital today, she’s anxious so wants to leave 45 mins for a 19 min drive. Sigh. Looking forward to a glass of wine and a hot bath tomorrow if/when pregnancy test is negative. DH and I have been discussing quite seriously how we get our head around it if it doesn’t work - we have one more cycle paid for and after that we’d have to go into debt, probably also go abroad as it’s cheaper. I think we will try to limit at 3 cycles but it’s hard.
Also looking forward to going on the spin bike again - want to shift 3-4 kilos.

Not2bObvious · 19/04/2021 09:21

No official weigh in today, quick sneaky check before heading out for my early morning walk - let's just say not as bad as last Monday but not much better

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 19/04/2021 18:38

So I felt wrong not tracking and now wish I hadn't bothered.
13500 steps but 2200 calories

Not stabby jabby affect though except punched arm

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/04/2021 18:42

Not fussed about today as eating to stay well. Though feeling chubby

Not2bObvious · 19/04/2021 19:44

Nearly 2000 and I could eat 2000 more. Just over 14,500. Fatigued today which obvs doesn't help appetite. Not a great day for the diet. Feeling distinctly rotund here

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 19/04/2021 20:16

Groan, make that 2250'ish

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 19/04/2021 20:22

Yeah mine was actually 2300.
New day tomorrow

Mrsmadevans · 19/04/2021 22:59

Felt awful today Hay fever 🙄
Not eaten much though so there's a light 😀👏
Good of you to take your neighbour Gen good luck tomorrow morning 👏😊🤞🤞🤞
Best get to bed so tired, have a good night sleep everyone 😀

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/04/2021 06:27

Asod bah.

Gensola · 20/04/2021 07:14

So it’s a definite negative, we are back to square one! At least we have the second cycle pre-paid, as we are stony broke now and it would be very upsetting to have to stop here.
Plan for next 8 weeks until we can start new cycle is to take all the recommended supplements, spin class 30 mins per day, 15000 steps, Low carb Mediterranean diet (sort of fast 800 but not pinching every calorie!) and try to lose 3-4 kilos. Also going back to 16:8 intermittent fasting if I can, for the health benefits more than anything else.
Have started a new journal with goals! Term is going to be super busy which will make time fly 😀
Can I just say thank you to you all - you are such lovely people and I feel you are real friends even though we have never met. Maybe we can meet one day in RL! 🙏🏻🙏🏻⭐️

Not2bObvious · 20/04/2021 07:50

Aww gen, I'm so sorry it didn't happen this time, giant glass of wine & bath later on. Your plan for the 8 weeks sounds good, it'll give you a different focus & help distract, make yourself your number one project. Above all though do it with kindness, nothing to strenuous or punitive, you need mindingThanks

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/04/2021 09:49

Ah gen Flowers

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/04/2021 09:50

I whole heartedly agree with what not said gen.

Not2bObvious · 20/04/2021 15:11

Been doing side eye scales check in (jump on quickly, register, run away) and it's safe to say I'm not ready to officially record a weigh in. Overslept, my version, which means fell back asleep at 6am so I missed my workout slot. Got an hours walk done, and then unexpectedly got 40 mins to do my body pump so back on schedule for Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday which is great. I'm not letting my mood be scales driven this week, I need small steps. If I can manage the humour/hormone hunger than it'll follow that I'll lose weight. Today is going good, I sabotaged yesterday with almond choceur 🤦‍♀️

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 20/04/2021 15:17

Almond chocur. I've been avoiding Aldi for that very reason

Mrsmadevans · 20/04/2021 15:18

Bad Luck Gen l am so sorry , l know the hopelessness of it all, it's soul destroying Flowers pick yourselves up and start over , like you said it's a good thing you are financed for this next try , Thinking of you both Smile
