Just back from walk, just over 16,000 now - excellent start to the week. Got sea air which was amazing!
Had a sub and an iced bun for lunch, good value for under 650. I feel like I've stretched my belly so I'm still hungry but I'll need to surf the urge so I can get back on track.

Fabulous not.

111 over but that will be it. So 1711 calories.
Will walk and talk while DS at skatepark later

Mrsmadevans · 12/04/2021 18:21

@Not2bObvious

Awww look at the happy little face☺️ Bet there was screaming trying to get her away from it! Sounds like a perfect day with lovely memories There's many ways to slim a cat mrs (see what I did there😉) especially with fasting. I'm an eating machine today, although not drinking after a small glass of wine, not in the humour so that's some saved cals. Time for tea & choccie, one last hurrah!
[Grin] l did see lol
Mrsmadevans · 12/04/2021 18:25

Not2bObvious · 12/04/2021 20:30

1780, so 20 under. Taken to my bed as it's away from temptation. Plan, life permitting, is early weights/walk then work. My first pressing goal is to get the hell away from 167.2, I'm betting I'll see high 166 tomorrow - I'll try take it more like a grown up😂

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 13/04/2021 10:02

Weighed first thing, did workout etc, weighed again and a better number was achieved. Silly I know but when things haven't, ahem, moved a weigh in can feel a bit unfair. My happy scales has told me I haven't made enough progress recently to show me any trends - talk about slapping you when yours down😂 Not recording yesterday's mad high in Fitbit as it'll decimate any progress this week and I do think 4-5 weigh ins is fair to see how you're doing.
Not far off my 9,000 - aiming for another 15,000 day. How's everyone else getting on? Seeing lots of coverage of you guys getting out to pubs/shops etc. Probably best Ireland is still locked down, I'd be drinking my calories if open instead of getting my sea walk in. So minor silver lining

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 13/04/2021 10:25

I did a low impact aerobic to test my hip and foot.
5900 so far will do a walk later, staying off weights for now though due to foot

Not2bObvious · 13/04/2021 10:44

Good plan life, it's pointless to push when it could take you out for a few days.
Lovely & sunny here, trying to plan better macros into my day, more protein for a start.

OP posts:
ememem84 · 13/04/2021 16:22

Weight has stabilised it seems. At higher than I’d like. But I’m due on. So hopefully there’ll be a drop off in the next few days.

Sigh. Currently at 6000 steps. Haven’t eaten a huge amount today as because due on am bloated as anything. Sigh.

Mrsmadevans · 13/04/2021 17:38

Evening everyone Grin
Not too bad a day thankfully Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/04/2021 17:50

Hip and foot a bit niggling 8900 steps and not sure how many more i will get.
1700 ish calories

Not2bObvious · 13/04/2021 18:46

You are a strong woman avoiding the Chinese, well done mrs!
That's plenty of steps for any day life, hope foot and hip feel better tomorrow.
Sorry you're feeling bloated em, great that the weight stabilised.
Hit my 15,000+, found it really hard to get sleep the last 2 nights so I'm really hoping I'll nod off easier tonight. Just need to stick to calories

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 13/04/2021 19:35

Jeez got hungry and had some stickers. Then checked the calories, that's today written off

Happierwithouthim · 13/04/2021 19:35

I'm just not in the zone at the moment peeps
*
Gen* hope you've good news soon

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/04/2021 20:35

Sorry to hear that happier. No point setting up to fail. It will come back and you will smash it.

Not2bObvious · 13/04/2021 20:40

A bit over today but done now. Have hit crap food saturation point.
Keep checking in happier, we're all here when you're back in the humour. It'll come back, done it before, you'll do it again.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/04/2021 07:46

I'm not binging or off track, just no structure at the moment

Gensola · 14/04/2021 08:08

Thanks happier
mrs well done on avoiding the Chinese but actually I adore quiche so I’d be happy with that, yum!
not any sign of Ireland unlocking? NI are being slower than the rest of the UK too, I note.
We are enjoying Dorset despite the crappy weather. We ate in a pub on Monday night but it was just too cold to be enjoyable whereas at lunch time with even a bit of sun it’s quite nice outside so we have decided to cook dinner for the rest of the week and try to find cafes etc with outdoor seating for lunches. Today we are going for a walk along Chesil beach and then lunch in a cute village we spotted yesterday.
Food has been suitably holiday but I can’t drink so I reckon it’s still loads better calorie wise than it could have been on a normal holiday.
Currently waiting for DH to wake up for breakfast, the progesterone hormones I’m on make me wake very early and feel super sleepy at about 9pm.

Not2bObvious · 14/04/2021 09:30

Very little unlocking here gen, I feel we're like the country cousin watching the big sophisticated gang living a life we can only dream of. Dramatic much moi? Extension on how far we can travel but no going in anyone's garden...Your mini break sounds fab, enjoy all the lovely food, you guys sound great at cooking so even if you're eating in its no hardship.
Enough fraction off the scale, chip chip chip

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/04/2021 18:08

Not I'm happy with county wide, I no longer need to make an excuse for being on the road to bf's house if I'm stopped, can travel to scenic touristy place with dc for picnic for dd's second birthday in lockdown

However I'm breaking restrictions to visit my father following weekend for his 70th

Not2bObvious · 14/04/2021 18:36

Yes it's an improvement at least, it was 6 months since I last saw the sea which I fixed on Monday. Gave a much needed lift.
Tired now, over the 15,000 - have my treats to come which I'm looking forward to.

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 14/04/2021 18:48

Gen that sounds lovely so glad you are enjoying your break Smile
Not doing very well by the steps quota well done lovely ! Smile
Happier that sounds like a very necessary journey to me , you go !
life SNICKERS HAVE A LOT TO ANSWER FOR ! Grin
Been okish , am just about to have tea , omelette and sweet pot oven chips , l am trying Hmm

Not2bObvious · 14/04/2021 20:12

Stickers/snickers of course! Thanks mrs for the decode. I've 90 cals left, tempted to use them 🤔
