You will get into them not.
My foot is sore I think all this extra walking is irritating something.

I'm ok with being over. Asod haven't moved but I feel better and less bloated.

ememem84 · 09/04/2021 07:06

Gym this morning.

Lots of exercise this week. Run Tuesday Pilates weds run Thursday gym today. Riding tomorrow.

Just need to get my food sorted. Starting intermittent fasting next week again.

Not2bObvious · 09/04/2021 07:52

Down another bit, it's a gain week though. If I only weighed on Fridays I'd be so upset, up 3.2lb from last Friday. But it was an outlier low weight of 159.6 - I think my truest/lowest weight cause I've seen it a few times is 161.6, so just 1.2 up from that. There is a pattern of sorts in my losses/maintains/gains so patience is needed...and better behaviour consistently. Not sure what I'll do today apart from EP's visit, thought of rescheduling due to feeling so crap the last few days but I know it's they look forward to it and I'd have to do it another day so best get it out of the way. That probably sounds awful but there you go

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/04/2021 08:24

Same not. I could really do without it but it just then impacts another day.
Flowers for you. X

Sts slept badly as foot and hip hurting.
Walking the park today as D's wants to scoot. CBA with weight training will do tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 09/04/2021 08:41

Same here on the weight training. Did my hair (colour) yesterday so have nice'ish hair for the first time in months - can bear to make it greasy yet.
Still in bed, spent half the day there yesterday but I think I'll make it to a standing position sooner today

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 09/04/2021 08:41

*can't bear I mean

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/04/2021 09:01

Definitely no weight training then. Can't be doing with ruining your hair. It's beautiful here today I feel a walk coming on in the sunshine

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/04/2021 12:34

Won't be many steps today. It's wet at the park and trying to rest my foot. Currently 4500

Not2bObvious · 09/04/2021 13:18

On 2700, ouf. Rainy here so that's not conducive to nice hair and I'm also feeling hella lazy. Had chicken nuggets for lunch, tasty but could eat many many more

Transfer done - it was quite painful but at least it was quick. Now I wait! DH has stationed me on the sofa and brought me a stack of cheese on toast where I could hardly see the toast 😂 and chocolate. He could tell the procedure was horrible for me just by looking at my face during it.
I had fertility acupuncture right after which was a nice way to relax.

Mrsmadevans · 09/04/2021 16:09

Gen am praying you get pregnant keeping everything crossed and hoping against hope for you Flowers

Mrsmadevans · 09/04/2021 16:12

Great goal Not enjoy the lovely hair too Smile
Been eating a bit Hmm fed up tbh!
Life hope you foot is ok lovely Flowers

Mrsmadevans · 09/04/2021 16:13

Em l had a great result with IF but l can''t get back to it! [grrrr]

Not2bObvious · 09/04/2021 17:02

Sending massive positive vibes your way gen, glad you're being minded after the procedureThanks
The beauty of IF mrs is there's loads of approaches. Have you considered a shorter fasting window? You can always work your way up to longer over time, if you feel it works for you.
Just over 7,000 steps, I'm in a proper picky mood today, had my crisps that should have been for tonight while doing work this avo. Oh well, will need to reel it in over the evening

Oh dear, I've fixed the remaining Easter egg issue. No idea from a tracking perspective - none. Been watching Prince Philip tributes, youngest child asked were they made just in case. Yes would be the answer I'm sure but isn't that mad/maudlin/good sense.

What a surprise, up 1.2 - pure gluttony last night. It's done now. We're meant to have Chinese tonight and I dread what that will do to the scales but it's not everyone else problem that I'm scales obsessed. The night went grand apart from my bingeing on all things chocolate/crisps/wine.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 10/04/2021 08:26

It's a blip not. Have the Chinese restart Sunday with me.
I had too many calories this week and have seen a gain too.

They will be prepared I advance yes. Too many samey words for there not to be imagine knowing what will be said about you.

Not2bObvious · 10/04/2021 09:02

Soundtrack to my life goes blippety blip blip blip! Ah yeah, restart tomorrow

You and me both mate

ememem84 · 10/04/2021 10:19

It’s a new day. I weigh far too much for my liking.

Goal. Lose 5kg by my birthday in October. Eat less of the “bad stuff” (crisps sweets etc) more of the good. More water. Less alcohol. More exercise.

IF starts on Monday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/04/2021 12:44

Wise words

@Not2bObvious

In other news, bought new jeans and they're too small - not vanity sized for a change. Since I can't easily change them, they're my next goal jeans. I reckon 10-14 pounds would do it. So basically I'm going to have this too small pair of jeans forever without them ever making it out in public😂
I've got flower print black trousers for this reason, I don't think they'll ever fit!

I ran last Monday but I didn't do much since Sad

Everything crossed for you gen

Not2bObvious · 10/04/2021 14:03

I saw that earlier too life, very true although in my case for once I had my morning movement! It would have been even worse.
Got 55 mins of body pump/30 min jog/25 min walk. Done for the day, bring on the food!
