Thank you Life Xmas Grin
That does sound a great plan Not we can get a couple of pounds off in 10 days yay! I don't weigh as you know but l know what l did weigh last week so l will weigh after Christmas and start from there Xmas Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/12/2020 20:50

I can aim to do 10 days thought I'm over today but less than 200

ememem84 · 16/12/2020 08:59

down to 77kg exactly this morning. phew. and went for a very brisk short walk - only 20 minutes. 2732 stems so far. had to get back before 9 as my food shop is being delivered anytime after 9 and i needed a shower before i started work.

breakfast today is tea (Earl grey) one measly slice of toasted pannetone (a mini one...) and a bowl of grapes.

i also need to drink more water as i'm not drinking enough and think this may be hampering the weight loss somewhat.

Mrsmadevans · 16/12/2020 09:15

Great stuff well-done Em 👏
200 over is nothing life ☺️
Am doing ok , must get a shift on up Mumbobs have a good day everybody 😃

Happierwithouthim · 16/12/2020 09:27

I haven't tracked any of the days into mfp yet but I think I'm fairly ok. Might get a chance later on

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/12/2020 09:36

I'm ok with it. It took me to 1750 ish with 10k steps

Yes water will help em

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2020 12:04

Sounds like we're doing pretty decent - now we need to just keep it up for another week or so. Then next Thursday we can start to party 🎉😉 🥂
Up at 6 for my treadmill trundle, I've managed to make it a habit, long may it last. With that a quick potter in the shopping centre, I'm on 11,700.
I'm on 2000 this week and it's working well. Weight down 1.2 today so now just 1.4 up on last weeks lowest of 161.

We are doing great Not Xmas Grin
Sticking with it , am having to do a lot with Mumbob and Christmas and NDN is in a bad way , had to sit with him for 3 hours today , he was so anxious and terribly upset bless him. I couldn't leave him till th ecarers come , God l do not want to get old & end up like that, it's hell on earth, exacerbated by the absence of his Dds so he is truly alone.
Anyway we are all doing just Dandy another week for me and l am going to enjoy myself too Not Xmas Grin

Not2bObvious · 16/12/2020 20:40

Your poor ndn, it's so terribly sad for so many elderly at the moment (I'm assuming this is to do with cv, of course maybe it's not!) Heartbreaking. I'm glad you were able to be a comfort to him, fair play to you.
Bang on 2000, and I could eat more, but I won't.

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 16/12/2020 23:34

Yes Not his Dds live away , well done on the cals !Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/12/2020 06:47

Went over again yesterday to about 2000 as didn't track full-time. 10k steps

Couple lb of bloat off though.

They were some lonely elderly people here. It's v sad

Mrsmadevans · 17/12/2020 07:54

Morning everyone 😀
Off to MumBobs in a bit
Been fine , busy busy busy is the key to this for me , tbh l feel so much better l don't want to scoff next week and go back to feeling ill, fat ,bloated ,depressed and gain weight. Only trouble is as soon as l start eating anything junk then it cranks up my addiction. Hey ho l will just have to fight the good fight after Christmas , l know we will help each other so am taking comfort from that 🤗
Have a lovely day everyone 😀

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2020 08:04

Anyone else's body have a favourite weight that seems to be base point to rise up from? I'm back to my current one, 160.8. Very pleased to see it as I was 164.2 on Monday (total bloat) Just in time to bloat up for the weekend! Only joking but quite possibly true. Slept through from around 10.30 last night to 6.30am, couldn't believe it when I saw the time. Bliss.
I'll probably do a treadmill walk shortly for an hour, watch something on my phone. Hopefully get 5-6,000

Excellent well done Not 🤗👏

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/12/2020 09:16

I seem to stick at 130 easily less is effort. More is too easy

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2020 10:23

I keep coming back to the question is what I want to lose realistic and sustainable, and then sometimes why am I so bothered as I can wear nice clothes & look presentable. Then I remember I'm at least a stone overweight & I need to think of my health.
So I guess I need to keep trying, at least it's keeping me around 160-163 which isn't awful on my frame. Well, not too awful, better that when I was around 190 - that didn't suit me

Not2bObvious · 17/12/2020 13:07

That's great em, glad you enjoyed the walk. It's so nice to enjoy some simple pleasures, decent days at this time of year are few & far between. It's lovely here too but I'm waiting for a delivery. Once that comes, I might try get out as well. On 8,700
