Happierwithouthim · 24/01/2021 17:14

It's lush but very salty too

Not2bObvious · 24/01/2021 17:43

I love salty, I think that's part of my problem.
I have eaten a lot of chocolate, feeling a bit 🤢

Foof lord happier that looks amaze!!

Veggie lasagne for dinner with peas. Dh made it. 9 veggies in it apparently. Yum.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/01/2021 17:56

Mmmm happier

Nearly 19k steps today. Not much food but haven't tracked

Gensola · 24/01/2021 21:10

17,000 steps today - gentleish 5 mile cycle. Food has been ok - but 1500-1600 cals again! I think I may just have to accept a very slow weight loss on these cals as I can’t seem to force myself much lower.
B: Greek yog, half a banana, sprinkle of flaked almonds
L: wholemeal pitta, 30g cheese, 50g avocado, lots of cucumber, beetroot and a homemade “slaw” of shredded cabbage, carrot and onion in a yoghurt dressing.
D: baked salmon, broccoli and gnocchi.
Snacks: crumpet with butter, satsuma, handful of carrot sticks and a couple of tablespoons of homemade hummus.

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 08:44

Your food sounds so nice gen, slow loss is better than no loss, just keep going. It's often easier to be a little stricter during the week too so you might be able to shave 100-150 off but you are doing great and you've a lot coming up. Be gentle on your body, we all ask a lot of them.
More gain this morning, up another 1.2 - it'll take a few days to get shot of it. At least my back isn't too bad, a day with a heat wrap did the trick.

4653 so far. Have been sorting decluttering and tidying. Yay. Dh thinks I’m nuts but I love this sort of stuff.

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 13:46

192 steps, yep, having a duvet day - or to be precise, a work from bed day. Not 100% so taking it easy. Hopefully feel a bit better in the next couple of hours as I badly need some steps, awake from 4.30 although fell back asleep for an 1.5 hours around 6am. Just had lunch, not too busy so I'll officially finish around 3. Will see how the body feels, if it's safe to leave the vicinity

Sometimes you just need a rest not

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 15:33

Yeah for sure, it's just a gamble for me that I won't sleep. Got out for a walk for 80 mins so I have my 9,000 - I feel better for it headwise too

Mrsmadevans · 25/01/2021 16:17

Afternoon everyone Smile
Not hope you feel better and that was great you were able to do your walk Flowers
Well done Gen & Em Smile
I have baked pots for tea with cheese and beans again ! l cannot wait l am starving! Grin

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 17:21

Ooh yum mrs, I'm starving myself - been very light on the food today but no harm after piggy weekend.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 25/01/2021 17:58

I've started tracking again today. Not particularly accurate but a start. Bit carb heavy. 1684 calories. Only 6400 steps though

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 18:10

Gently does it life, better to start with something than trying to do everything.
Dinner inhaled, really tasty - looking forward to a treat (or 2) at 7 of course 😋

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/01/2021 19:24

Tried Netflix and chill ice cream. Not worth the calories. About 1900 today

Not2bObvious · 25/01/2021 19:46

Funny you mention ice cream, I've been pondering the ice-cream cones in my outside freezer. I think I'll save one for later in the week. 1900 is probably still less than maintenance for you? Good work tracking
On 1400 but only 11,000 steps so I'll have to leave it there.

OP posts:
Gensola · 25/01/2021 19:58

We are having haggis, neeps and tatties!
Breakfast was an egg and 50g salmon with wilted spinach, lunch the same brown pitta with cheese and homemade slaw business.
I plan a small whiskey with my haggis.
13,000 steps so far - hoping to get to the 15,000. 7 mile cycle but took it easy again as I have a huge day at work tomorrow.

Weighing in tomorrow morning too.

What is Netflix and chill icecream (doesn’t Netflix and chill mean sex? Sex icecream?!) Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/01/2021 20:13

Haha gen. It's peanut butter, brownie pieces salted carmal and pretzels. Ben and Jerry's. Didn't get caramel or pretzels.

2100 is maintaining for me
Though I need better steps really

Mrsmadevans · 25/01/2021 20:17

Enjoy your Burns night everyone ,your food and treats sound lovely Smile
l am as full as an egg on my baked pots can hardly move Grin

Gensola · 25/01/2021 20:49

life sounds absolutely delish!
DH has requested cranacan (sp?) so going to whip up something with blueberries, cream and toasted oats 😋

ememem84 · 25/01/2021 21:38

Life that sounds amazing

Finished the day on 16598 steps. Just around the house (and a short walk to the shop).

Leftover lasagne for lunch and falafel and pitta for dinner. And a g&t because I’ve decluttered and organised like a demon today. So I deserved it.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/01/2021 06:55

Sounds nice, I wasn't keen.
Great steps em
We are having our haggis tonight as I forgot
No weight today as dh in the bathroom.

Some good food choice. I need mid afternoon and tired snacks that are not biscuits or crisps

Gensola · 26/01/2021 07:50

Up to 66.1 alas! Need to get a grip on things if I want to be below 65 before transfer.
It’s my eating, of course. Blush

Happierwithouthim · 26/01/2021 08:53

Hi everyone
Paying for my takeaway on the scales but going to flush it out today and get my 3 litres of water in, I'm definitely slipping on this.

Breakfast was the last 2 slices of pizza BlushBlush

Did get out walking sun and mon so this is a habit that I'm going to keep up. It had slipped this past couple of weeks.
