Not definitely feels like Christmas is done because I'm not visiting anyone or going out socialising. It's just a nice break now.
I stacked up chocolates & biscuits on the table last night & sent bf away with some of them & a bottle of mulled wine. I'm going to box up the rest and put them away for now.

I got one of those 25 piece boxes of green & blacks for myself 24 15g/85kcal bars & they're my treats for now!

Not2bObvious · 26/12/2020 13:49

That sounds like a good idea with the g&b chocolate, much better to have a small amount of decent chocolate than a load of substandard.
Had a 1 slice of bread turkey & trimmings sambo with half a bag of crisps. Now need distraction til dinner

And I checked the Lindor truffles and they're approx 65 cals each so it'll depend on what I've used during the day.

Made soup with carrot, parsnip, potato and red split lentils & had with a lovely bake at home sourdough roll for lunch

I misjudged my bread & have one slice of bloomers malted bread left now. No point buying any today because it will be old stock. Full white pan there & bake at home rolls too so I'll survive. I don't eat white sliced pan. I buy it and generally it gets thrown out as it's gone mouldy but I want dc to have option of sandwich if they want.
Can't wait for a decent freezer to save this food waste. Dog won't eat bread!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/12/2020 15:52

6500 steps but only put Garmin back on at lunch. Food ok until I start on the chocolate mousse cake I forgot to put out yesterday. DC want Chinese but DH and I ate having left overs with cheese

Not2bObvious · 26/12/2020 17:05

Scrapped 9,000 from indoor steps, there's a storm building so decided I'd prefer not to be blown away. Snaffled many chocs, but have now put them out of sight. Oooh part of me would murder a Chinese but I'm probably not that hungry just lazy/greedy. I'll stick with party food bits in a while

In has party food and cake. There is a light Gale here but I'm housebound until Thurs

Not2bObvious · 26/12/2020 20:20

Party food was delicious, on the wine. Also delicious

I'm done with overeating this weekend.
Not enough water either

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/12/2020 08:20

Stood on sad step today. 132. Back to tracking and will do some aerobics in a bit. Cuppa first.

Not2bObvious · 27/12/2020 08:32

I'm going to aim to rein in my eating too, ate way too much yesterday. Tomorrow back to normal'ish routine. We had been meant to get a few days away next weekend but lockdowns has scuppered that and all other plans. Not sure what we'll do for NYE, I'd really like it to be just my dh & kids but likely I'll be expected to have elderly over. No one else can and the guilt would kill me if I didn't. I need to accept it now, it's only one day and not even a day I particularly enjoy.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/12/2020 09:13

We never bother with nye. Nyd is rescheduled Christmas with d parents. Support bubble cancelled due to isolation before anyone asks.

Do. You have the macros for 1800 not. I've deleted my screen shots (or happier) I'm going to start high to ease my way in. Weight should be 16 or 1700 but I'm not setting up to fail.

Mrsmadevans · 27/12/2020 11:45

Morning everyone 🤗
missed posting yesterday we were so busy and so absolutely knackered . My eating is going well but feeling so full and so tired with all the food I'll be glad when it's all gone and back to normal! Hope everybody ok and really enjoying the Christmas holiday and the floods did not affect you, take care everyone, stay safe ❤️

Not2bObvious · 27/12/2020 12:18

I messed with my macros so much I've no recollection of what I started with life, I think a gram of protein per pound of body weight is a good way to go? And no less than 25% fat I reckon.
Did a walk to the shops with teen, they never stop talking!! My ears are hanging off. Just over 10,000 - only 4,500 to hit my 105,000 for the week.

We have no symptoms but we got the NHS ping. I've just gone with MFP macros not that I will hit them this week. Still got the main food group of sugar to eat up just calories and moving this week. 12k steps

Gensola · 27/12/2020 17:14

We have got the NHS ping too! 7 days isolation and we have no fresh food in, as I’ve meal planned and we have eaten up what we have. DH is asking a lovely colleague if she’d mind dropping us a fresh food shop tomorrow. Feeling very glad I got the peloton now even though it is debt I don’t need. I have done 8000 steps by running up and down the stairs and jogging while watching TV, not amazing but better than nothing. Will do a 40 min spin class later.
Once we are allowed out again I’m planning a routine of morning brisk walk for 45-60 mins with French podcast then settle into WFH. Lunch time walk for 30 mins then a spin class after work each day. I’ve also made a super yummy but healthy meal plan based around fast800 cook book so Mediterranean recipes but won’t restrict to 800 cals, will have 3 meals a day and aim for 1300-1500 cals. I’ve maintained my weight over Xmas which I am pleased with.

Not2bObvious · 27/12/2020 17:18

So sorry guys, not sure how it works for you - do you have to do a test? I've been very lucky, no contact with anyone to the best of my knowledge, don't even know anyone who's had it.
My main food is sugar too life, jellies/chocolate/biscuits/cake. Went v picky today, and not in a good way! Got just over 13,000

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 27/12/2020 18:40

I'm on 13000. Half my calories in chocolate cake. Will come in about 2000

No test unless got symptoms. Have to isolate from 10 days from last contact with person who tested positive. So took them 5 days to notify me so I have to isolate for 5 more. If I get symptoms I get a test then if positive the 10 days restarts

ememem84 · 27/12/2020 21:33

10688 steps today which is amazing considering I didn’t put my watch on until 11. We went for a big walk though. Yay.

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/12/2020 08:44

Yeah big walk. I Miss walking

Not2bObvious · 28/12/2020 11:19

I'm justifying lying in bed as it's a bank holiday, I will tear myself away from it for a treadmill session soon. I need to buy some ingredients for a nice dinner later, it's about the only pleasure left really & I have some excellent healthier than takeaway meals I'd like to try. It'll get some more steps in too. Setting some mini targets for the this week, less treats/less booze/more water. Scales is at 165.2, that's around 3.4 up on last Monday so not too bad, 2.4 up on Christmas Eve I think? All in all not horrific

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 28/12/2020 11:27

No worse than any other Monday now that I think of it!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/12/2020 12:20

Not bad post Christmas not.

Happierwithouthim · 28/12/2020 13:44

I didn't even realise it was a bank holiday - storm still raging here.

The usb end of my Fitbit charger has been stood on or caught in car door, can't straighten it so must look for my spare one.

Happierwithouthim · 28/12/2020 13:45

Hope the isolaters stay safe
