I've been off the chocolate for advent, just the one advent chocolate a day. But come Christmas Day all bets are off. And I know there's chocolate in my presents. I looked at mfp for last Christmas Day, over 1000 cals for breakfast, 70% of that was chocolateBlush

ememem84 · 19/12/2020 20:56

Woah that’s insane tracking. I haven’t tracked food now for about four months. Must must redken load the app.

Not2bObvious · 19/12/2020 21:51

I wouldn't waste your energy life, unless it earns you calories. It has made no difference to my habits whatsoever
Jeez, bitter pill

Have a lovely day everyone 😀

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2020 08:42

Ah not wish you were feeling better about it all.
Didn't weight this morning going for a walk later

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2020 10:16

Ahh I'm grand - it's all on me, I need to knuckle down but I don't want to enough to make the changes. I'm managing my weight at least and the treadmill is helping keep the gains at bay for now. Should go for an actual walk outside today as it looks nice

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2020 11:06

I think that's it. How much do I want it? Hmm I do but enough to really really do it. Yes I find had nothing else to do in the world

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2020 11:07

My auto correct is a bastard this morning.
If I had nothing else to do.

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2020 14:17

8,000 steps done on a windy day, ouf! Only 1 to go to hit minimum but I'd like to get 12,000 or so just to get the calorie burn up

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/12/2020 16:29

O had a burst of activity sweeping leaves before the rain. Only on 5200 though. Worn out and cba. I need rest more at the minute I think. In going to restart on Sunday 27tg

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2020 17:11

Listen to your body life, take rest if you need it - overdoing it now could easily lead to binges, and we all know how discouraging that is.
Got a burst too, did a 40 min walk on the treadmill then walked to get some shopping. Just over 17,000. Baked a cake too. Anything to stop me sinking another bottle of wine, had a glass at lunch & left it there.

Am feeling totally pissed off too tbh , my family are such wankers and liars l can't bear them. It's all so unfair 😭 l am not going to eat though l will not give them the satisfaction . Give yourself a break Life sometimes it is the best thing we can do for us .
Well done Not you are doing great ☺️

Not2bObvious · 20/12/2020 17:50

Ah no mrs, hope you're ok? Don't you dare let anyone else's crappy behaviour make you sabotage your success. You make sure you put yourself first for a changeThanks

Mrsmadevans · 20/12/2020 18:26

Thank you both so much. I am not going to let them sabotage me don't you worry ❤️

ememem84 · 21/12/2020 08:27

Not sure if I’m going to get many steps in today. Full day at work and it’s pissing with rain. Not even done 1000 yet.

Have a parcel to pick up from depot and am tempted to walk there at lunchtime. In theory it’s not far. I can go a short way. But I don’t know what’s in the parcel so don’t know if I’ll be able to carry it back on foot!

ememem84 · 21/12/2020 10:59

i picked up the parcel - but ddad drove me. it is lashing it down currently. i may venture out at lunchtime to buy milk as dh has forgotten that i need it again.

Not2bObvious · 21/12/2020 11:45

I'm on 13,609 - bit mental! It's going to be a high step day. An hour on the treadmill from 6-7am got me 9,000 - then I had to go to Tesco. Then home and realised I'd no eggs for baking so had to walk to local shop. And later I'm into town for another walk around, I'd say it'll be a 20,000 day. Good to front load this week as I'll struggle to get the 9,000 the rest of the week.
No weighing today, it wouldn't be pleasant. I've food out tonight as well so tomorrow isn't looking hopeful either

10500 so far here. Social distance walk with a pal

Not2bObvious · 21/12/2020 15:32

That sounds so nice life, bit of real human company (I don't count dh & kids haha)
On the mums taxi run, off for food at 6. Soup with a slice of dry bread for lunch. Should be room for a nice enough dinner
