I also had a burger for lunch, Rustlers southern fried burger that goes in microwave, I was nostaglic looking at them when I shopped in tesco, they reminded me of college!

398 cals, it was alright!

Wow that was a big mix up, but sounds fab!

I know, I took it out of the bag and I was speechless. The weight of it alone. I'll admit I had a couple of small bites before I halved it.

I had pizza last night so not even bothering. Lots of fruit is doing it's trick though. I was clearly eating the wrong fibre

Afternoon everyone 😀
Mega busy yest so didn't post anywhere. Have been fine but yesterday l got home at 10 hadn't eaten for 24 hrs and ate 3 cheese rolls but only 900 cals. Woke this morning bloated and with a horrible thick throat , it's got to be the bread and cheese.
Hope everyone is ok, thinking it is 5 weeks to get some more flab off and am raring to go. I do find l have been craving everything this morning it must be the bread 🙄😂

Have to say I felt very down after the eating so much on Friday, just lost the run of myself. Last night wasn't great either. Hoping to reset today and get back to losing a bit next week.

I'm feeling very low at the minute too. Been for a long walk with a friend and just having first meal now. Bran flakes, milk and protein granola

I hope the walk with your friend helped, I went walking to the shop with teen. It helped a bit, nearly at my 9,000 steps so that's something as well.
I decided to try a skin on kiwi, I survived it! Ate it like an apple, think it might be easier sliced thinly but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. There's a tin of pineapple I'll be breaking into later, going to have a picky/pizza late lunch.

Will hit 15k steps today. Food was ok but baked with DC today so some brownies in a bit.
Mince, veg, mash and veg suet for dinner

Had my chilli it was lovely. Had an orange and 4 plumbs and 3 poppadoms , cals must be about 1200 so that is fine 🤗

Hi all, feeling rotund here also. I'm 14lbs heavier than where I was and 42lbs heavier than my goal. I'm not gaining that's the only saving grace. I also discovered I've lost my taste for chocolate too, thought it was that normal chocolate was tasteless so I bought a simply better praline bar and that was tasteless too so I'm just giving up on it.

Getting my steps in and I also bought kiwis this weekend when shopping, had some golden ones last week and pineapple juice. Slices is the way to go with them alright, means there's more fruit than skin per portion Wink

Need to work on my water again now the weather is colder.

I got up at 6 and did best part of an hour on the treadmill, got 8,000 so that's a chunk done. I think I'll aim to hit the 15,000 again. I didn't bother with the scales this morning, it would have upset me so that's that. Had a very carby lunch/dinner yesterday so it wouldn't have been pretty. Going to try the sliced kiwi now for elevenses, yesterday's fruit (got some pineapple in too) haven't had the desired effect yet but I'm sure it needs a bit of time to work. No idea what to have for lunch 🤔

I normally wake during the night, last night I didn't and woke at 5.30am, alarm goes off at 6am, I felt cheated of my second sleep SadHmm

My scales was up a lb this morning

Happy scales verdict for last week was +0.38lbs.

I was semi conscious from 2.30am, fully awake at 4.30am, I feel ok but it's just a very long day. I'm so bored, having more day to be bored in is torture! I need to study which I'm lucky I can do a fair amount of time if not working - I'm lacking discipline and motivation. In all areas it appears...
Had my sliced kiwi. Wasn't as easy as yesterday. Leaves an odd sensation in the mouth, mustn't think I've something odd with my tastebuds!!
