I had success with weight loss via a thread in January, but things have slipped a bit and I want to get down half a stone. Anyone in!?
I’ll be calorie counting.

If not I’ll just talk into the void; helps me to feel accountable..!

B - 2 boiled eggs and chilli sauce, grapes

D - scouse

Snacks - 1/2 large cookie, biscuit

Teas, coffees and waters!

Morning folks, 10st 1lb this morning, another lb gone!

I watched thatTV programme last night, "Lose a Stone in 21 Days" with Michael Moseley, where he basically puts people on the keto diet with an 800 calorie daily limit. I've done keto a few times and like it, except that I get bored with eating the same things. And constipated. (Sorry TMI.) So I usually just do it for a fortnight or so, to shift a few lbs. Might be time to give it another crack.

Today is Day 4 of no booze, and although I haven't slept particularly well, I have woken up clear-headed, not groggy.

Can I join? Goal is 8st
5ft 5in and 9st 1lb, was down to 8st 12lb but weekends are the devil!!! I'm in such a habit of "treating" myself "I deserve it" because I've worked all week, any tips on how not to fall off the wagon on weekends?

@bettydaviseyes1 I am exactly the same!!! I reward myself for 'being good' through the week! I am trying to continue tracking at the weekend and have some weekends of not drinking (when I have a drink there I eat loads) but I we need to enjoy it too! We do deserve it ;)

Its so annoying because I lose 1-2lb during the week just to put it on over fri/sat! I've even tried "fakeaways" and not drinking... when drinking I loose all self control and the crisps come out

10st 4!!! It's going the wrong way! That's probably because we had another family birthday at the weekend, and I had a lot of cake, plus wine, and a meal out.

I've been looking into intermittent fasting, and realised that every time I have a cup of tea or coffee with milk in, it's calories, and therefore essentially a snack. So I've been drinking green tea or rooibos this afternoon, and will try to be more mindful about making endless brews.

Is anyone still watching this? I'm 4lb down, now exactly 10st. That leaves me about 10lb left to lose.

Very low carb in the day times, normal dinners but with less of the pasta / rice / potatoes, and no wine in the week. I can do extreme low carb in the daytime, if I know I'm having a decent meal in the evening. Seems to be working so far.
