I’ve done a week now no booze. The snacks though...

Not2bObvious · 05/09/2020 13:04

I wish I'd had no booze last night, dinner with family & slightly suffering today. No abstinence here!

I'm over (for a change!) but not too bad for a Saturday. I've just over 8,000 steps which I need to get up to my minimum 9,000 before I collapse. Slight hangover gone but very tired. Out for lunch tomorrow, I'll be eating very light before then so as not to completely mess up. No weigh in today

New Garmin strap arrived today so will for it tomorrow. Painting all day so not sure how many. Didn't track but not bad food wise. Ice cream to come thought

Not2bObvious · 06/09/2020 06:54

Good that the painting kept you busy life, you'll have earned some icecream. Haven't weighed yet, don't know if I should it case it kicks me into fluff it mode. According to my Fitbit my average calories this week is around 1750, so that's not too bad. I've over 90,000 steps done for the week. Hopefully I'll see a pound or 2 off by next Friday. Feel very hefty since getting back from my break

Bollox wrong one

SnugglySnerd · 06/09/2020 08:53

I'm not even going to mention how much I ate yesterday! I did do a very long walk though so a slight positive!

SingToTheSky · 06/09/2020 09:42

Somehow I lost 2.4lb this week. A bit confused as it felt like a bad week but maybe I was eating less even though what I ate was mostly crap. Hmm Not complaining obv. Especially as it means I am now 2 stone less than in January! Yay.

Really need to fit in the gym today as it’s been so hectic that I haven’t gone this week. For the next couple of weeks I can go on a Wednesday evening as DS’ taekwondo classes have been temporarily moved to the leisure centre and parents aren’t allowed to stay, so may as well go upstairs for 40min.

Life I love the colour of the strap!

Not2bObvious · 06/09/2020 10:29

That's really excellent sing, I think sometimes the weight loss is on a back week or 2 so you could be seeing the effort from previous weeks catch up. In my case it's the gain😂
Went and did the shopping on foot, I was like a pack donkey. Completely underestimated what it would weigh but thankfully I'd brought a 3rd bag. It was a painful walk home
