I'm the same not. I know when my stores are depleted so need carbs but I'm much less hungery on protein and fibre. . Less than 7k steps as didn't do my 30 mins and was using my dominant hand to wash wall. Had a sweat on though.

Not weight today had delicious flaffel and halloumi takeout yesterday. Very full. Also delicious chocolate malteaser cheesecake while taking mil out.

More wall washing today might move my tracker.

Sing as part of their marketing my gym are doing 15 minute taster classes for the next couple of weeks. I wil see if they are saved on Facebook and post the link

Looks like step tomorrow. I get nothing from this as I'm a member of the paid group but 15 minute starters might be ok with you CSF.

ememem84 · 30/08/2020 07:54

I told dh that I’m doing intermittent fasting every day this week (starting from today). I can smell sourdough toast. And it’s making me a bit dribbly.

Also dms taking us all out for breakfast tomorrow. So no chance of doing it then.

Tues to Friday it is!!

Sourdiugh toast with salty butter and jam is too hard to resist really. Just can’t do it.

Not2bObvious · 30/08/2020 10:58

You'd want to be an alien to resist that em, life is short & toast is delicious 😋
Got 10,000 steps done on very long round about way to shops for dinner ingredients. Scales down .4 so that's 3 pound down on Fridays horror weight. I find Sunday's quite tricky, we have lunch instead of dinner but then the day yawns ahead and I tend to just eat/drink while watching tv.

Thanks guys!
My uncle seems to be getting a little stronger each day.

I swear like a sailor usually too!

Happy Birthday to your ds Sing, hope he has a great day Cake

ememem84 · 30/08/2020 15:55

I could not resist the toast. Not could I resist the gammon and Chile with eggies and pineapple and salt and pepper squid for lunch (mains and starts). Also a small glass of rosé.

That’s me done with the booze until my birthday in oct.

Not2bObvious · 30/08/2020 19:53

I just inhaled a takeawayBlush Sunday's are bad diet days for me, already had a very decent lunch plus extras. Ouf, back on track tomorrow, and child back to school
Woohoo!

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 31/08/2020 07:23

Risked a weigh in, wish I hadn't. Think I'll need to avoid the scales for a day or 2 until the takeaway bloat has gone. Very annoyed with my behaviour over the weekend, pure gluttony and so destructive.
Must pull myself out of this or I'll need a new wardrobe! Might try to just stick to fluids until lunch, give my stomach a rest

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 31/08/2020 07:26

Me too not.
Scales are asod. Steps shit as washing walls. I know I was working though.
Back to it today

SnugglySnerd · 31/08/2020 07:28

Still doing well. I need to visit my mum to use her scales again! Dh made pizzas last night but I had mostly fruit for breakfast and home made veg soup for lunch so I don't feel like I overdid it.
Back to work this week so trying to get some decent lunches and snacks ready. Work is weird because on one hand I'll have less time for proper exercise but on the other hand I will be on my feet all day. Normally I'd be circulating the classroom constantly but we have to stay within our taped off "teacher-zones" so it will be interesting to see how many steps I manage. 10 000 is a doddle on a normal school day. I suspect I will do far fewer steps this term. Dh has made boiled eggs with soldiers for the dcs. Ds gets very frustrated trying to eat a boiled egg. I am keeping out of it!!

Not2bObvious · 31/08/2020 08:07

Good woman snug, sounds like you're in the zone - best of luck with going back to school.
Brand new month tomorrow, I'm definitely going to make it back into the 150's - all holidays are behind us now, no excuses. Feel so fat😩

77.5kg again. How long can one keep on claiming this is period bloat and post baby weight?! (Until babies are 12?)

Day one again. Breakfast out with dparents so will have something yummy but sensible and no lunch (never want lunch after a big breakfast) and roast chicken and veggies for dinner.

Not2bObvious · 31/08/2020 11:04

Well I'm still hanging onto my first baby bloat and that's 15 years or so😂

Done ok today. 8838 steps. And only ate breakfast and dinner. We went out for breakfast. I had a proper fry up. But it was delicious. No toast for me. Just a hash brown bacon egggies sausages and bacon. Dd has my beans and toast. Lots of water and coffee.

Dinner was a mixed root veg crumble aka mummy forgot about dinner so threw anything she had in the fridge into a bowl then blasted it in the microwave for a few minutes and then baked under breadcrumbs and cheese. Was delish!!

Done a lot of gardening today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/09/2020 07:19

Somehow managed nearly 19k steps yesterday but bread day in tracked but bloat inducing.
I have a dress to fit into in 30 days. Yy happy 1 sept refocus day. Go
129 bastard

ememem84 · 01/09/2020 07:37

It’s sept. Refocus. Vegan (for a bit) no booze. Healthy snacks. Move more.

I know I need more structure to my exercise but given that the gym is a bit odd at present I’m going to have to be content with walking running and riding. And the odd stealth home workout.

Today I’m starting with an earl grey (I do have milk with this and am not doing no milk for anyone).

ememem84 · 01/09/2020 07:39

Weigh in at 76kg. If I can get consistently down to 74kg by my birthday I’ll be happy. Birthday is in oct. It’s not much. But it’s a small goal. I’m finding big goals aren’t helpful.

Not2bObvious · 01/09/2020 08:23

Phew! Down 2.2 on yesterday's bloat weight. Starting September at 164. Have done just over 7,500 so halfway there for the day but have a fair amount of work on so could be a struggle. Watched a Tom Kerridge weightloss program last night on the bbc, I think it's a repeat but v enjoyable. Going to try one of his recipes and make a brunch.

Put on 0.4lb this week which I’m not too miffed about as I knew there were more bad days than good.

NSV today - managed downward dog in yoga, I normally can’t do it at all, not sure if it’s just because I’m lighter now or that I’m stronger but either way I’m really pleased.

Also had a sneaky look in the pool and it really was pretty empty, so I think I’ll try and go next week, I’m missing it a lot.
