That's flip all sing, practically a maintain as a big pee/poo would sort that out! Great nsv, be great if you could use the pool if you like it.
Ended up shopping with child who isn't back to school til tomorrow, dodged eating out and had my Tom k recipe. Pretty nice. Nearly 12,000 steps so that's a plus😬

Bastardized stress and chocolate biscuits

Not2bObvious · 01/09/2020 18:35

Sorry to hear you're having a stressy day life, don't be hard on yourself, nowt wrong with a few choccie biccies. I just had a rocky road, 210. Tried to savour it, was very nice. Just under 1,100 cals in today, trying for a low day but I'll not manage that low

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/09/2020 18:52

61 calories left way under protein and fibre. 15k+ steps.

Less stressed now as have lists, calls made and a project plan

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/09/2020 20:16

Hungry
Need more protein tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 01/09/2020 20:56

Left just over 400 today & yesterday. Feels ok but I know tomorrow could be tricky, might need to eat the full 1600'ish so I don't spiral into the weekend.
Glad you managed to lift the pressure life, I'm sure you can improve the protein tomorrow, I'm eating a fair bit but still nowhere near my numbers since I'm trying to keep my cals low. I decimated my week by the weekend lunacy

First day back at work and I havent succumbed to any rubbishy snacks yet!

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2020 06:47

Me too not. Just trying to get under control. Focus on protein and fibre today for me

Not2bObvious · 02/09/2020 06:58

Down .6 today, slowly coming down - looks like I did put on a pure 4 pounds after 2 breaks away in August. That's fair enough. It's lashing rain here so no pre work walk for me, might be a tricky step day.
Well done on avoiding the snacks snug, hope the first day was good? My youngest is loving being back at school, my eldest is going back today for a couple of hours - v excited.
My birthdays next month too em, I'd love to be down 5-7 pounds (2-3'ish kg) by then. We can do it!!!!

OP posts:
ememem84 · 02/09/2020 08:23

76.5kg.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2020 09:03

So we all have an October goal

SingToTheSky · 02/09/2020 09:19

Goals wise I’d love to get to 2 stone total loss (since January) - it’s slowed down so much since lockdown started 😳

Other goal is to build up to at least one gym and one swim session a week (plus yoga) and keep up with exercise at home/walks although I need to think about a specific goal for those really

Not2bObvious · 02/09/2020 11:53

I love a common goal. So we have 4 weeks from tomorrow to the 1st of October, I'd hope personally to be down 4lb but I'm a slow loser (aka a greedy bastard at weekends)
Have you far to go to hit the 2 stone off sing? Quite frankly I think we all deserve medals for not putting on 2 stone in the last 6 months! You'll see from other WL threads many have, and look at that MM thing. If I'd gained 2 stone I think I'd have said fluff it, bring on the kaftans!

OP posts:
SingToTheSky · 02/09/2020 12:07

Ah thanks. It’s actually only just over 2lb I think so it’s not exactly ambitious 😳 an alternative is to get to the next stone boundary which would be 6lb in a month but my head is a mess at the moment and that doesn’t seem remotely likely TBH.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2020 14:40

Aim small then anything else is a bonus

Not2bObvious · 02/09/2020 16:33

At all costs mind your mind, don't add to the mind mess, sometimes being in control of your food can be brilliant - other times it's just too much.
Wow at only 2lb to go on the 2 stone - that's excellent.
I'm trying to hold off until 5.30pm dinner, had egg/toast/avocado for late breakfast, then chilli soup/wheaten bread for in between. Cup of tea is helping. 11,000 steps, 4 to go!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2020 16:53

Wise words not. I'm making dinner now as I'm hungry. 7700 steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/09/2020 16:54

Sorry sing, just shy of 2 stone is excellent

Not2bObvious · 02/09/2020 19:13

Dragged himself out for a walk after dinner, vvvvvvv rare we go walking together unless on holidays (to the barBlush) The kids were agog! So that brought my steps to over 17,000 and stopped the immediate post dinner graze trail. Had some Jaffa cakes & super delicious pretzel thins from M&S, really tasty. Only on 1140, room for up to 500'ish more

OP posts:
SnugglySnerd · 02/09/2020 22:06

Yes good first couple of days thanks. Still eating sensibly but forgot to charge my Fitbit so I don't know if I've done my steps. I doubt it, I've been fairly desk-bound today.

ememem84 · 02/09/2020 22:14

Had a sea swim this morning. And am on 11783 steps. Am done in. Will take myself off for a walk tomorrow and rack up the steps.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/09/2020 06:53

Only managed 10ksteps but food under control. Back to pre Bank Holiday low

Not2bObvious · 03/09/2020 07:47

Early morning walk done, 8,000 in the bank. Scales down another .4 so pure gain is 3.5 at this point. Tomorrow's my official weight that I record, although last Friday it was so terrifying I had to wait til
Saturday!

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 03/09/2020 10:24

That's brilliant life, easy on easy off
I'm so jealous of your sea swim em, well of the idea of it at least. Was it very cold?
We were away at a seaside town last week and I adored going for walks with the sea air, felt amazing.
I've managed 3 pretty low cal days, low cal for me of course. Not quite fast 800 but probably 1230 on average. I swear I'll do better this weekend, I had allocated my calories for the week from last Friday and technically I have 858 left for today! Clearly I'll be over but I'm pleased I managed to stretch the cals out without feeling too deprived

OP posts:
ememem84 · 03/09/2020 13:29

Not - not hugely cold no. It was refreshing though...!!
