74 calories left but macro hit and steps. Went to bed. .
Need to get back to strengthen training but not sure how to fit it in.

Down today

ememem84 · 25/08/2020 07:30

Dropped off a bit.

Today is day one again. As yesterday was a write off - dh’S birthday so pastries for breakfast, pub lunch and wine, cake, chicken curry

Just had toast and an apple.

SingToTheSky · 25/08/2020 08:53

Official weekly weigh in (one day late as only got home in the afternoon) confirms I’m down 0.8, can’t remember if my Saturday weight was lower or not now Confused but still I’m counting this one, quite pleased as period time. Really struggling with sugar cravings though. Bah.

Wolfcub · 25/08/2020 11:06

Up again. Annoying

Not2bObvious · 25/08/2020 17:10

No scales with me this time so no idea of what's going on - food hasn't been that bad, not great but it's a holiday. Enjoying the change of scene, home on Thursday and determined to get back on track immediately. Hoping for decent weather tomorrow so we can go off and do some sightseeing

Well not you were correct & I was down 2lbs on my post Chinese weigh in this morning.

I also had 100g fat free yogurt 50g grapes and a passion fruit last night.

Today I had crunchy bran & milk with blackberries, a sandwich made from Lidl's chicken pieces with sage & onion so flavour of chicken & stuffing without the calories in the mixes you buy with 30g coleslaw and an orange for lunch.

Dinner will either be steak & chips again or smokey sausage pasta concoction I haven't decided yet.

Enjoy holiday not
Sing well done, you reminded me I'm on my week off pill, hopefully cravings don't sabotage my efforts so far Hmm*
Wreck* are you back to work yet? Routine will help
Life how did you fit it in before this? Very disciplined going to bed with macros hit Halo
Em sounds like a lovely day was had by all
Wolf aiming for 9pm bedtime for starters it was 9.45pm last night, will try again tonight. I like their company though & with no technology where I'm living it's boring once they're in bed too.

Dress arrived, have no full length mirror to view it on so it'll be standing on a box in bathroom I'd say Grin

ememem84 · 25/08/2020 18:22

77.9kg. I’m counting that as part period weight.

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/08/2020 19:27

I did it at lunchtime at work. Aiming for September when schools are back to sneak a 30 mins in the workday (lunch)

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/08/2020 19:28

Hungry day today. Already 250 over and could go more.

Happierwithouthim · 25/08/2020 19:57

Ok plan in place Star Dress barely covered my ass, it's going back
Not2bObvious · 25/08/2020 21:02

That's a pity about the dress happier - did you like it apart from the fitting issue? I bought a dress on sale here and of course couldn't try it on. The sales assistant said they were generous in size, never mind generous, bloody benevolent😬 Delighted it fit, love a little something new from time to time, have done v little shopping the last while

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 25/08/2020 21:22

Yes. It's as best I can do. Need to get on top of being hungry this week. Top up protein and veg tomorrow.

No much as you have a nice ass best to keep it covered in public.

Pleased your dress fit not.

How are you adjusting to life minus au pair?

Not2bObvious · 26/08/2020 07:35

Did my first brisk walk at 6am'ish this week, have been going for walks with himself but it's not at my normal pace. Got just over 8,000 and got some sea air, glorious.
Is your au pair gone happier?

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/08/2020 10:09

Well done not..

No real harm done going over yesterday 1/4 on

SnugglySnerd · 26/08/2020 13:08

I am still eating sensibly but finding it very hard to fit in exercise with the dcs, work, housework etc. In the evening I can either go for a walk, do some prep for school or do some cleaning/organising. I sometimes manage 2 of these if I have enough energy but the dcs have me up so early I am often ready for bed by 9.30. Once I'm back at school I definitely won't have time on top of all the marking etc. I just don't know how people do it!

ememem84 · 26/08/2020 14:26

6342 steps so far. I’ve been organising and cleaning and charity shop bagging.

Not2bObvious · 26/08/2020 15:03

Consistency with calorie deficit is how you'll lose weight snug - get a walk in where you can, some weights if you can for bone density but just keeping active generally, which as a busy person you will and then keeping to a deficit is the magic.
I've been to a gorgeous place this morning, back to the rental home for lunch, back to reality tomorrow. Might leave weighing in til Sunday if I can be good Thursday- Saturday

Treat night with DS as I've neglected him while working. 500 over double helping ice cream to blame

ememem84 · 26/08/2020 20:12

Used huge courgette for dinner. Sliced in half Hollowed it out a bit, chucked some oil and garlic on it. Baked for a while as it was. Then added leftover lentil bolognaise and continued baking.

Yummm. Also had a smidge of cheese.

9626 steps.

SnugglySnerd · 26/08/2020 22:18

That sounds delicious Em. Just marching to get my last 500 steps in.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/08/2020 06:57

That sounds lovely em I have a courgette to use up.

New low today which surprises me. Feeling meh and out of sorts.

WreckTangled · 27/08/2020 07:30

Morning Blush I'm still here. Just a bit heavier. Was looking at my holiday photos from last year and I was so slim! We're going away this weekend (just sun-mon) and I will be enjoying the food but otherwise I'm back to it. No weighing for a while though it's not going to help me yet.

lifelongfrugaleer · 27/08/2020 09:33

Wait until you are back wreck no point messing with your head now.

Not2bObvious · 27/08/2020 15:02

Enjoy your couple of days off wreck, you'll be back on track no bother.
Speaking of pics, the few I got of while away, uggg, so flabby/stumpy. I can't help the stumpy but I've got to sort the flabby. Resisting the temptation to delete the pics, my kids need a record I existed! But jeez, I don't want to look at them again.

Too much sugar and biscuits today. Will be over calories
