Welcome founding & new members alike. Jump on board the WoW wagon if you want to be slimmer, healthier, happier and more energetic! You've certainly come to the right place! These threads have been going for sometime now and seem well received. The ladies who post are supportive and inspiring in equal measure. There is no shaming, competition or harsh words.

As no one size fits all members generally follow their own way of eating. Nonetheless we will offer guidance and support if required.

Me personally? I keep on it by calorie counting, logging via MFP app, Intermittent fasting, eating a low carb Mediterranean style diet and staying well hydrated. I can’t emphasise enough the importance of drinking plenty of water. There are so many enjoyable options without the need to resort to extreme measures. Whatever way you choose, it needs to be enjoyable & sustainable for the long term. This is a long term commitment rather than a quick fix. I also rarely drink alcohol and keep sugar to a minimum. I exercise by walking & swimming.

Interested? Add your name, personal goals, eating/exercise plan etc.

Wednesdays will be WoW (weigh on Wednesday)

The bottom left with the two pink butterflies was my design and the bottom paper for the base was old stash so my idea. I may do something completely different tomorrow if I have time. I was planning on writing cards to all my friends to brighten their days with news if the family. Thank you all for being so kind and giving me good ideas Flowers.

I'm sure they will love receiving them!

I have weighed in at 29.3lbs down, so close enough to my 30lbs to say I'm still maintaining. Pleased, but I have upped my effort rather than just eating eating and eating.

Hope you've all had a good day in the sunshine! x

sunshine that’s what I’m doing with my cards. Mailing them out to friends and family who have been supportive during my “confinement”.
As for the scales, I’m not risking my bone healing by shrimping on food. I’ll wait the 7 days and ask the dr.

Still no weight off but I'm not in the right frame of mind at the moment. My daughter is doing my head in and I feel like I am doing more house stuff than ever. I guess with everyone here there is more meals being needed and I am exhausted so need more down time when I can't get it.

This morning I feel like crying as two of them have eaten and just left the pots on the side. Dishwasher needs emptying. Would have been happy with that even without loading. I've done a sign and from now on their allowance will be directly linked to what they do. I have spoilt kids and I know that's my fault but come on, how many times?!?!?!?!
