I lost 7 stone a year ago. I have put a stone and a half back on and now weigh 15 st.

I want to be 11-12 stone. I need to stop eating crap and get back on track. I am using My Fitness Pal to track calories and starting this thread to keep myself accountable. Anyone else welcome to join, but also happy to talk to myself.

Weight today: 15st
Breakfast: I egg scrambled, 1 veggie sausage, 6 button mushrooms
Lunch: 1 fillet sea bass, 1 cup mange tout, 50g cheese
Dinner: M and S plant power butternut and quinoa salad, one mango and quinoa 0 fat natural yoghurt

Great to see everyone getting back on the waggon. It’s been my turn to fall off this week. My bad news got even worse over the weekend and my DD had been baking and I panic ate most of her cake direct from the tin. Then yesterday I went and bought a box of Tunnocks Tea Cakes and ate all 6 in one sitting. Feel v bad about that - and it didn’t bring me any comfort even in the moment. I haven’t gone to my weekly weigh in as I think I will have put on and I don’t need any more bad news this week. But today I need to remember how far I have come in changing my habits and that I have lost 10% of my body weight in just 6 weeks. I can choose to go over a cliff and put that all back on again by Xmas - or I can take a moment, reflect and continue. So taking it day by day or meal by meal. Free I said in my PP that the PMcK approach terrified me - or that I had no faith in myself that I could do that - but I have been absolutely mindless in my eating due to an emotional shock - whereas I need to be the opposite.....so will look into that when my head is clear.
So I will get back on waggon today.....and just in writing this post have decided to go to another weigh in tomorrow and force myself to accept whatever it is.

Pfffft. Bit pissed off here.

Weighed this morning (usual weigh day is Friday). I definitely haven’t eaten any more this week than last week but I’ve lost a QUARTER OF A POUND.

A fucking quarter of a pound. WTF?

4.5lb last week.

Not fair 😢

Rather than start my own thread I'll jump on this one for accountability! My plan is to cut sugar as much as possible for health and weight.

Currently weigh whispers 118 kg and my ideal weight (very tall) is around 92 kg. Having some joint problems too plus due to Peri menopause getting a huge girth!

Basically trying to eat healthy and sugar free and being accountable for what I shove in my mouth. So...

Day 1
Breakfast: overnight oats with coconut milk and raspberries
Lunch: pret tuba nicoise and skinny cappuccino
Snacks: mixed nuts, a slice rye bread with ham (no butter), a few sticks of celery
Dinner: homemade chickpea and cashew curry with wild rice. Had two big portions of this so calorie wise was probably off the charts.

Day 2
Breakfast: berries and chia seed with 4 dollops of Greek yogurt
Lunch: leftover curry
Snack: granola yoghurt thing in cafe (probably packed with sugar)
Dinner: beef stew (no rice or pasta) but again a large portion so need to check that!!

So far no chocolate or crisp cravings!!!

Day 3:
B: overnight oats with raspberries
L: soup and one bread roll
D: beef stew with wholegrain rice
S: Greek yogurt and berries, crudities and 3 oatcakes

However, I have just inhaled an entire pizza. Rejected by dd and I had a huge overwhelming craving and literally just binged the whole bloody thing Confused

Was doing so well too, 2 lb down this morning.

Great start Giggles keep focused. Free I hope that the loss doesn’t derail you - keep an eye on the progress and moving on the right direction.
I had a good food day yesterday - and braved the scales today - actually lost 1/2lb which with my shocking week was a relief. So back to my routine:
16:8, 10k steps, no alcohol, no treats at home, healthy home cooked eating - mostly veggie and lowish carb.

I'm still here! This week has been a complete write off as have done millions of hours at work, got in late every night, barely seen the DC, had too many takeaways and REALLY need to sleep. Will be back for a proper update when I have got a bit more time. Hopefully tomorrow after work! Hope everyone is doing well!

PM's and major sugar cravings. Resisted sugar but instead snacking lots

B - miniwheats with milk
L - veg soup and bread roll
S - toasted teacake in cafe as starving but no jam. Then after I picked up DD I had some crackers and an apple, some nuts and some Greek yogurt with berries. All healthy but way too much food calorie wise.
D - skinny sausages, small portion mashed potato and lots of veg. I'm going to have an orange at some point before bed to stop me snacking.

I've got to stop this snacking, this is my biggest issue with weight

Good day today. Did my 16:8, walked 10K steps, did a tough yoga class. Had scrambled eggs and avocado at 1ish and veggie spag bol at 7ish.

Still here and still behaving myself.
Going to get to the gym today which should help give me a kick.
Meal planning and housework today are my two main excitements .

Morning everyone. I'm still here too. Got through an awful week at work and ate too much junk but I'm still trying and have a renewed focus this morning. Still at 12st 7lbs but it's that time of the month so I'm not letting it get to me too much!

Have cut out alcohol (I don't drink very much anyway). Next job is to cut out crisps, biscuits and chocolate. Crisps and biscuits should be ok. Chocolate will be very difficult!

Well done Millie - if you do cut something out - think about when and where you Norma eat them and have something healthier ready to replace it with - so that you are not caught out. Then you are not denying yourself something - just “swapping”.

I am roughly following SW and for dairy if you don’t have milk - you can have SIX baby bel lights a day.......I have two at a time sliced up with some almonds (allowed 20 a day if not eating bread) and some sliced Granny Smith apple. It’s really filling, lots of texture and taste kick and fills the hole. Makes my day more nutritious as the apples up my 5 a day target, cheese has protein which is filling and calcium which is important for weight loss and the nuts have lots of healthy oils. I keep a stash in the car, in the fridge at home and on my desk.

Doing fine today. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and slice of wholemeal toast with butter (first piece of bread for a month) for breakfast. 2 babybelle lights. Tomato salad, grilled asparagus and patatas bravas for dinner. Undecided whether to drag out in the rain for a Saturday night treat ....

It’s not loads but it’s a better start. There’s been cake and chocs at work all week and I’ve been amazed at my resolve to say no every time!

Well done @Chocolatecake12, it's a step in the right direction!

I've had 2 x white toast with butter this morning and 2 cups of tea. Out to the village Remembrance Day parade shortly and then taking my mum Xmas shopping. DS1 had swimming later on as well and then it'll be Monday before we know it! Hope everyone has a great day.

No I didn’t but I wish I did. I was getting anxty wanting a treat and didn’t go out - but then found a Gu zillionares cheesecake at the back of the fridge (DH had hidden it for himself...) and I ate it at about 11pm. I don’t even like them ! Was quite disgusted with myself - and what a waste of calories - could have had something I enjoyed!!

Today was good though. Smoked salmon scrambled eggs, chicken, cauliflower, asparagus and sweetcorn, one apple one baby bell. Just about to have a nice slice of cake now....

The birthday cake was yuck - really disappointing. Think I have lost my sweet tooth! It was a “flake cake” which one of the children bought and usually I would love.....not sure where I am going to get my pleasure from now!!!

I didn't have lunch but had a few salt and vinegar crisps before taking DS swimming. Chicken fajitas for dinner and a bottle of becks as well. Got to try to avoid the urge to snack this evening! About to make a cup of tea which will hopefully be enough!

Morning all
Weigh in this morning and I am 5.5 pounds down Grin
3 of those pounds I put on over half term so I am happy to get rid of those.
The first week is always good , it is the next weeks that will be painful.
I managed to get to the gym yesterday and have started couch to 5k for about the 5th time!
Today's plan is
Homemade tomato soup for lunch with a couple of salt and vinegar snack a Jack's and philly.
Sausage casserole for dinner .
Fruit for snacks
Lots and lots of water
Fingers crossed I should get to the gym as well.

That’s brilliant Howlong well done. My weigh in is on Wed - but I might sneak off to Tesco to use their machine - though it does shout at you so is v humiliating

Really really loud!!! Obviously doesn’t shout out the numbers but shouts to get on, stand still and grab bars for body fat % ! I didn’t go today.

Do WAY more exercise.

I mostly stuck to plan yesterday but it is TOTM and this is always a tricky time.
I will not land head first into sweets and chocolate and crisps !!!

Well I've weighed in and most definitely need to loose 3st to get to healthy bmi.

Going to aim for an hours walk & a 1/2 hour swim this morning.
