Hello everyone. How are you all getting on?

I got back from holiday on Wednesday. I was pleasantly surprised that I'd only put on 3lb. But that is on top of the 4lb I put on when I changed HRT (and the 2 I'd already gained just from slightly taking my eye off the ball)

So yesterday I was 11 7. My happy weight is 10 10. I've already gone down one and I expect the first few will come off easily but I am definitely back on it now. No excuses. First target under 11 stone by the end of August.

Who is with me? I need some accountability

My boss lent me the pinch of nom book. It's got some lovely recipes. I need some new inspiration. I might try some of them this weekend.
