Wagon was well and truly lost, hadn't even checked the threads in MONTHS.

Weighed in this morning at my highest in well over a year as 10st5.

I WILL NOT GAIN BACK ALL THE WEIGHT I LOST!

I saw the May thread died a death and I need my gang to help me get back in the ZONE

I don't care what method you are using if you want to join me this month in resurrecting the slenderistas please come on board I have missed you all so much!

Jumped on the scales this morning and I'm another 1.5lbs down. Woohoo! That's 13.5lbs in 2 weeks. Really happy with that. I'm doing 18:6 with keto (well sub 40g of carbs) and it's going pretty well so far. First big test today is a friend's BBQ. I'm not planning on eating anything and just socialising but really cba Grin

Wow cheese, that’s an amazing loss, well done you.

I’ve had a much better day today. I’ve been busy on our side garden project (which is costing a bloody fortune for a tiny area) and I haven’t had time to eat much. Another busy day tomorrow if it doesn’t rain so fingers crossed. Where is everyone?

I'm still here. Not much to report. My appetite has gone through the roof recently. I've got family visiting this weekend but I need to get back on the wagon next week. I feel like if I don't sort myself out soon I'll end up gaining back everything I lost last year.

I'll be back on Monday with a plan.

Right then paws. Seeing as you're waiting for It! It's not very exciting. I've decided to do exactly what I did two years ago when I first joined the thread. Key points:

MFP everything
Avoid anything with sugar added
Generally reduce carbs
No snacking
Try to get 10k steps a day (or equivalent e.g. swimming)

So I've succeeded on 3 out of 5 today. I haven't done 10k steps and I had a bit of sugar on my porridge this morning but otherwise I'm doing well.

I was 11 4 this morning. I'm aiming to get back to 10 10.

All looks good Kick.

I have a plan too (which I only decided on this morning). I went shoppping and most of my trolley was salad, fruit and eggs. I find that if I eat enough eggs I’m not as hungry so it will be eggs for breakfast and eggs for lunch and then either eggs or chicken breast (I’ve got a lot of those already cooked in the freezer) for dinner and then strawberries or raspberries with yoghurt for dessert. If I get desperate I am allowed a small bag of crisps or a small chocolate bar or ice lollie.

I’m 10st 9.5lbs and would like to be 9st 12lbs.

Hey everyone! Gosh cheese you've done amazingly, well done!

I'm still languishing in Stucksville. I really don't think I could have eaten less than I did this week, and I got 70K steps over 4 days, but the scales barely moved. I did have a very heavy weekend indeed, but I was pretty confident I'd have shifted the scales too Confused At least I look a bit slimmer I guess.

We have a holiday coming up in mid-July, and if I'm already 5lbs over my fighting weight I shudder to think what I'll be when we get back! Arg.

Thanks @Quim jumped on the scales today and at 3 weeks I'm down 15.9lbs total. Completely over the moon and in the same weight now as I was after SIX MONTHS of calorie counting. I've been taking measurements as well and about to join the gym. Hopefully I can start to tone up and build some muscle again.

Sucks that you're stuck on a plateau. I've never managed to get far enough in a diet to hit that point but it must be incredibly frustrating. Everything crossed that it'll start creeping down again.

I've had another mixed week. Hovering around 11 3 to 11 4. I've still got major carb cravings though and a lack of will power to resist.

Phew, I thought I was on my own.

I had a really bad week last week Kick. Life got in the way (as they say) and I ended up gaining 4 1/2 pounds in the week. I was absolutely furious with myself and now I’m paying for it. Had a good three days but I’m out again tomorrow and it will be all food most of the day.

How is everyone else doing? Please let us keep up this thread because I need the support. I’ve actually been slimming since the 1st of January and I’ve yo-yoed for the last six months. It’s time I just did it! Stop talking about it, stop thinking about it and just bloody do it!

Ello Flowers I'd love to give you a solution but I have exactly the same problem at the moment. The difference is I know what's causing my problem.

I changed my type of HRT 6 weeks ago and I've been eating constantly ever since. I just crave sugar all the time and feel ill when I'm hungry. Even while I'm eating I'm still hungry. I really need to go back to the doctor and talk to her about it but my gp is fairly useless and I suspect she'll just take me right off it.

What's worked best for you in the past? For me it's low sugar and mfp so that's my plan. Starting next week though.

Ello and Kick I’m exactly the same but mine is pure gluttony! I can just eat and eat, never feel full or sickly, I can go on eating for many hours. I’ve been on here for over 2 years and I weigh more now than when I started ☹️

Ello I’m wondering if you’re on the wrong diet for you, perhaps you need the carbs or the sugar. Could you do something like calorie counting so that you can have a bit of everything? Bloody hell if I was an expert I’d be thin now but maybe there is a better way for you to lose weight. Whatever happens keep with us and we’ll all work this out together.
