Anyone else on this? Day 6 for me and not getting weighed until day 12.

Have read through a few old posts but can't seem to find a current one.

Hello all,
Well week 1 down and 9lb off! Really hoping to make it a stone by this time next week.

Report
WankeyDoodle · 11/03/2019 21:11

Yay go hat box! Amazing! You'll be a stone lighter by next week for sure!

Had the spicy couscous tonight which wasn't too bad. Not a fan of the apple and blackberry smoothie. Tastes really earthy Confused

Tomorrow marks a week. I think this might be the longest I've sorted without cheating!

Wow we have a party in here now 😂

Hi everyone!

Hat that's amazing fir your first loss! Well
done.

I've just had my weigh in and I'm 12lb down in 3wks which I'm very happy about as I have had a few meals out that I didn't want to cancel.

My goal is the first stone and then ideally another stone after that and then I'll see if the last 7lb or so will come off or not!

It's my 40th later this year and I just promised myself to tackle my weight once and for all. I'm a size 14 and just want to be a nice neat 12. Maybe 10 👏

Yay! Well done sunshine! That's just shy of a stone in 3 weeks! And with dinners out too, what type of food did you order? Did you limit portions? Although I've been super strict we have an event to go to in April plus a little family treat to the seaside for two days so I'm thinking of ways to stay on plan but also be a part of it all. Not ashamed to say that alcohol will feature heavily in the event so that will be an interesting weigh in Confused

Sounds like we all have amazing milestones coming up this year and everyone is doing really well.

One week in and finding the hunger has gone which is a great feeling.

Hi everyone
Wow you all have given me great support. I’m on day two and I can’t lie I’m hungry 😬. Hope I don’t go to bed hungry or I might struggle to sleep!!! I’m drinking lots of fizzy water and trying my hardest not to cave in ...I really want this weight loss and you all prove it works. WankeyDoodle can’t wait for that feeling!

All the weight losses sound amazing ....well done everyone. It’s kept me going today! Do you weigh yourselves everyday or only at your weigh ins? I’ve been weeing for England today so hoping I’m loosing! Lol!
I’ve got 2st 10lb to loose by July for my family holiday and this year I want to be in the photos....not hiding in a tent dress!, 😂
Off for more water!!! My tummy is growling! 😝

I was much less hungry after 3Rd day, but I've had a few meals out too for family stuff and work stuff. Been trying to have steak or chicken or salmon with veggies or salad type of thing when I'm out and that seems to not have too much effect as a one off. I don't really like plain water but the orange water flavour is really nice. Everyone is doing so well Smile

Everyone is doing really well Thanks

The hunger does go! Hang in there and keep drinking water. It's amazing how it helps with the hunger. I've been really enjoying herbal and fruit teas. Making a special stop at Sainsbury's tomorrow to stock up on a variety of flavours to keep it interesting. It's my new snack ha ha!

Hang in there Molly! Day three tomorrow which is amazing. Think I read somewhere that it takes 21 days to break a habit... you're 19 days away Smile

Loving the solidarity on this thread :-) thank you to all of you!

Yay Molly! You sound motivated! Brought some green tea with coconut and mango which is beautiful! Every time I get a pang I drink a pint of water and have a herbal tea.

Feeling so happy and just what I needed to stay on track for week 2. Had the toffee bar for lunch it was yummy!

Oh wow what a loss well done!

I have to admit my meals out weren't the best choices 🙈 but they were pre arranged and didn't feature any pudding.

I've moved upto step 2 now so I'm still on 3 x sachets but adding in a 200kcal meal. Omg I can't even tell you how nice a salad can be when chocolate isn't an option! I'm actually enjoying this diet.

I've got lots of temptation in the house and it's so hard at times to ignore the nice foods but I want to reach 1stone for my next weigh in.

You will reach one stone next weigh in! When is it?

I had a wobbly start yesterday, felt really dizzy and almost fainted. Think I was dehydrated from night and baby was up a lot in the night. I brought forward my usual times of eating and had a 4th product in the evening to even myself out but it's what's my body needed so no regrets. My lovely Cambridge lady said if I feel like that to up my intake by 200 to help on days like that. Not going to make a habit of it but also recognise that working full time with three children means occasionally my energy will dip.

Hope everyone is feeling well and strong on plan

You definitely did the right thing Wankeydoodle. It's a tough plan with very few calories.

I weigh in Monday but unfortunately I just worked out my 'monthly' is due. I gain around this time so probably goodbye to my loss.

I'm on track though so nothing more I can do about it!

I just keep thinking 'this time next month' how different things could be with my weight.

That makes me happy!

Well done mmr.

You've done fab! I always loose weight so slowly but hope once I start to exercise it'll
speed up.

How did you find exercising on so few calories?

Weigh in 4 for me tomorrow 🙈

Didn't find exercise too bad. Started walking and once a week at gym, worked up to a bit of running/walking and gym twice, not always easy to fit gym around work. sometimes had an extra food packet after gym though if felt hungry.

Mmr that's fantastic well done!! Just think in a few months time you'll be so much closer to target Smile

good luck today sunshine!!

I had a little cheat on Sunday. I just needed food! Had some chicken cooked in fry light with some iceberg lettuce. So not a mega cheat but my god was it good. Wondering how much it will effect weigh in tomorrow BlushConfused bit nervous about telling lovely rep

Feeling so deflated.. only a 2.6lb loss this week, I should be so happy losing 11.6lbs in two weeks but it was a blow. Hoping next week will be more positive!

I'm sitting just under my stone 😩 literally by 1/4lb but I'm just calling it a stone ✅
Time of the month decided to join me on Monday so that prob didn't help!

On 3 x Cambridge meals and 1 x 200kcal meal and I can't tell you how much I am loving the extra 200kcals!

I plan on staying for another stone and the tackling the last bit myself! Can't wait to have my £60 per week back 😂

WDoodle

That's a really good loss! In just two weeks. I know where you are coming from though. It just feels with really low calories the weight should be dropping off! But we are definitely going in the right direction.

Someone told me today I'm looking 'chiselled' I guess that's a compliment!

Hi Cambridge Mums! Having put on two 1/2 stone baby and post-baby comfort eating weight, having tried SW, WW & Slimfast with no luck and my youngest now 4 years old - I am going to try this!

A school mum friend looks amazing and I realise I need something that works quickly st first, then I will switch to SW/WW eating to lose the last bit/maintain as I heard it can all go back on!

How much has everyone lost to date?

Hope it is ok for me to gatecrash the Cambs Diet online party lol:)
