Enjoy boggle! I love Liverpool.
I have a job interview which I’m really excited about, but I have just tried on my beautiful, bloody expensive suit from pre dcs, (only four and a bit years ago), and I am too fat for it
. Luckily, I have a back up, but how annoying. And I only have myself to blame!
Anyway, plan for today is:
B: mushrooms and tomatoes on one piece, (rather than my usual two), of toast, fresh fruit.
L: lentil & veg soup, fresh fruit.
D: babaganoush, (homemade... should check the calories shouldn’t I?), with courgette chips / dipper things, crudités & pitta*.
Snacks: tea, coffee and water - no food between meals for me today as I am a terrible nibbler.
*Dinner is likely to change when I suggest it to my family and they all say “yuk”. Humph 😂! In which case, it will probably be roast veg with some sort of meat for them and not for me.
