Weigh in in the morning and do your best for 5 weeks and the final weigh in will be 1st October. Winner gets a cake crown and to feel proud.

I’ve lost another pound. I’m 9stone 12 now. Pretty pleased with that.

I am completely the same.
I really think someone should do an experiment on me.
I am on the cambridge plan and I have done it to the letter for two whole weeks and I am the same. I would think that it was impossible to eat 600 - 800 cals a day and be the same.

the, are any of those calories from a sugar source without fiber? Try only sugar when paired with fiber.

Sorry Twinkle that's very frustrating. I'm also no loss again and I've been pretty good about sticking at 1200 calories per day. I'm hoping one more week and I'll make some progress. Koko!

Hi I've actually lost a couple of pounds now. Feel better all round and hopeful I'll lose another couple by next weekend. I'll send you my updated loss tomorrow (hoping I might lost a pound this weekend)! How about you?

Hi Cringe and Start, I will weigh tomorrow morning.

I will be pleased if I've maintained but don't expect a loss, pmt and late period (menopause), felt terribly hungry for a couple of days and had to eat 3 big meals a day. Feeling much better now, should be able to do a couple of strict weeks.

I started trying to loose weight at the end of July and saw no change for pretty much all of August.

I have been doing really well this month but have settled down into my no s’ing ( no snacks, seconds, and sweets(meaning desserts) except sometimes on a Saturday and Sunday) just a small loss this week which I am delighted with as i wasn’t expecting an loss at all

9st 1 lb again! I am really happy not to have gained. I am however going to put it out there that I want to lose 2 lbs this week. Going to really try to stay away from the wine glass and do some exercise.
