Lost 1.5lb this week so current weight 12 at 2 1/2 lb. happy with that as the weekend was a little naughty. Looking forward to seeing 11st on the scales!!

Not sure where everyone has gone. 😞 hope u are all ok and still trying. I weighed this morning and 4 pounds down over the last couple of weeks. Chuffed with that. 5 weeks till hols. Would like to do 8 more. But will be happy with 6. Back to work today and feeling alright tbh xx

I'm struggling to eat healthy with school holidays and we're away next week, only England so I won't be exposing any flesh I can assure you!

I'll see you here on 3rd September as I will be back on it then, I'm actually looking forward to it to be honest, I feel grim now!!

I’m still here!! Weigh in tomorrow morning. Hoping for at least a pound off but would love more. I really want to see 11st something on the scales!
I must exercise though to increase my weight loss! Think the food is going ok but unless I shift more I think I’m going to struggle!

I’m here too. Still going .... well done shedders on your loss - that’s great. Good luck everyone else. I am going to try keep at it till end of October. Done about 5 weeks proper and 3 weeks of eating crap. Crisps still my downfall. Good Luck everyone ☘️

Well done everyone, its so hard isn't it, but if you are still trying you are doing something and thats what will make the difference in the end !

Crisps are just too good!! Ethiopian I love them. But i'm trying to have rubbish crisps instead so I have a packet with my lunch every day. French fries Quavers etc...crap crisps as I call them. But it keeps the craving at bay x

12st 1lb today so 1 and 1/2 off this week. I seem to be going at 1 off a week on average which I’m happy with as I’m still feeding exclusively so I don’t want to go crazy and drop loads and risk my milk production stopping.
Hopefully next week I’ll see 11 on the scales!

Hi everyone! Not sure how I’ve done it but I’ve lost 8.5lb since Friday just gone, and my appetite is nearly non existent! I’ve been eating two meals a day, one low carb and one normal small one, and even been eating chocolate biscuits some eveningsBlush but I am feeling so much better about it now, don’t know how the hell ive managed it though!

I had a Chinese banquet for tea 🙈 and generally eating rubbish but I have done my healthy internet shop order for the 2nd September so I can start properly again on 3rd! Thinking of starting the 5:2 again now it's not so hot (thank goodness!)

Hey guys. It’s getting back on the wagon that’s important. We all fall off. Some of us stay off. Some of us get back on. I’m on it at the moment but I’ve had some spectacular offs, believe me. Another 2 pound off for me this week. 4 weeks till hols. Realised I’ve only got 8 pounds to lose and I’ll be back at my slimming world target weight. But just concentrating on being the best I can for holidays. Did a 25 min slow jog this morning and going for a coffee with mum now. 30 min walk away so will have done plenty of steps. Wishing u all a fab day xx
