Amazing Missing, well done! And you Happy, you're very nearly there now aren't you?
Oh paws, the poor hounds and poor you - the four of you really are having a rough few weeks. I think you made the right call moving in back home, even san facilities. Is there a leisure centre near you? You could think about going for a nice relaxing swim, and then you can use their shower facilities! Not that that's generally a treat if your swimming pool's anything like mine, but at least you'd feel fresher, and probably jolly virtuous for having had a swim. Not having cooking facilities is absolutely carte blanche to eat sandwiches and chocolate. Do you at least have power to boil the kettle? If so do you have a microwave? I hope you've told Travelodge why you checked out. Unfortunately I guess this is why so many hotels are not dog friendly, they're just not equipped to deal with fleas properly, and they run riot.
Cider your holiday really is sounding heavenly
I love getting up early and drifting off alone on holiday, somehow it feels like a gorgeous treat, when back home it feels like a chore!
Well, weighed in again. Same weight as Sunday.
This Golden Stint just isn't working for some reason. I'm annoyed at myself for getting complacent and eating larger meals last night and Monday night. I'm trying to work out what I'm doing differently, but I can't put my finger on it - obviously I've been a bit of a greedy bum the last couple of nights so maybe I've broken even, but I should still have been in a calorie deficit. I am pretty sure last week I was better on food and steps than I normally am, and I know I've been great with water. I guess I'll just have to really focus for the next couple of days and try for a decent final weigh-in. It's bloody demoralising. I'm still 1.3kg up, not even going to get back to goal at this rate. Bah.
