And me, and I've realised that if I do all that, then go to the gym I'm usually a pound lower Grin
Based on that theory I'm 'technically' 1.5lbs away from 3 stone loss since 1st January .... this time next week I will have done it 🙏🙏🙏

KikisDeliveryService · 17/11/2017 17:14

Thanks all, it’s not dramatic but nice a steady and I’m feeling really good and haven’t felt like I’m ‘on a diet’. It’s probably best if I don’t think too hard about the numbers of hours training I’ve been doing this month though as I’m not likely to keep it up!

I’m 5.5 Back. It’s a return to the 10s, very much been here before, and was in the 9s at my best a couple of years ago! But I’m not focusing on that, just happy to be losing again after months of stagnating.

poorpaws · 17/11/2017 21:58

Back I lost my weight on the old pro points, I think they were the best.

Well done Hairspray and Niki.

Going well this week (about time), hoping for an Angel Week.

TheDonald · 17/11/2017 22:14

Kiki you're very similar to me. I'm 5'5 and a half. Last Saturday I was 11 st 1.4. I was hoping to start with a 10 tomorrow but my sneaky weighings are not looking good. I was back up at 11 3 yesterday.

I had a bad start to the week with family visits and meals out. I've been back on it yesterday and today so i suppose i should be happy if tomorrow shows the same as last week.

splatattack · 18/11/2017 08:58

Another morning and I am too scared to weight myself! I did a weights workout with my trainer last night, walked 12,000 steps but I had approx. 1,100 calories to eat which is more than I have been having. I haven't lost weight all week despite eating super healthy and exercising...will I see the 9's or am I banging my head against a wall??

So sorry for the rant...I am so so impressed with everyone on this thread, and so happy for those who are losing and bearing their goal weights...

Anyway, I will bite the bullet, get my ass out of bed and hop on the scales hoping for a miracle 🤞🤞🤞

Chardonnay73 · 18/11/2017 09:49

Yay! Broke the stone barrier!! 1lb to get to goal ......

HairsprayBabe · 18/11/2017 09:55

9.12 can barely believe I am typing these numbers!

Looks like we are all doing well at the mo! Excellent work Niki Chard Kiki (any any others I missed Grin)

splat If you are excersizing lots your muscles will be retaining water, quimmy has explained it before I think but just KOKO and you will see a really good result eventually! It is no fun when you cant see restults esp. When you are working really hard for it

TheDonald · 18/11/2017 10:09

Well done Hairspray Niki Chard and Kiki.

So great to see all this progress! Smile

Not so great here but I'm going to count it as a positive. I am 11 stone 1lb exactly this morning. A 4oz loss from last week! Not earth shattering but considering I thought I'd be looking at a gain this week I'm going to take it as a success!

Hoping again to get into the tens by next Saturday. No excuses this week!

ponygirlcurtis · 18/11/2017 10:40

Have had a tricky week at work so haven't been around - how lovely to come back and see all this amazing progress! Star Well done everyone, fantastic work Hairspray you have done brilliantly. And how exciting to be nearly at goal Chard.

I am bouncing a bit up and down this week but this morning's weight is down a teeny bit again. If I can hold onto that till Monday I will take it. And that will make me only 2lbs off my goal. Would love to get there before Christmas. Glitterball

NamasteNiki · 18/11/2017 11:30

Well done all.
Boditrax has confirmed. 9.10.

Wow.
I may revise my goals down.

NamasteNiki · 18/11/2017 11:36

I have lost 10kg or over 22lbs. That took just over 9 months.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 18/11/2017 17:57

Niki well done! That's really great. How do you feel in yourself at the moment?

Well done also to Chard, Hairspray and Kiki!

I was still the same this morning, out for drinks tonight though so I probably won't be the same tomorrow..

splatattack · 18/11/2017 17:58

22lbs...that is amazing Niki!! Well done!! All this weight loss is amazing...

Does anyone else find the positivity if this thread really helps?? I know I do...

HappyGowerGirl · 18/11/2017 18:47

Bloody love the vibe on this thread at the moment! It's so motivating!

22lb! Go Niki!

NamasteNiki · 18/11/2017 19:21

poorpaws · 18/11/2017 21:58

Niki⭐️ Well done. Gonna have to work hard to try to catch you up.

readyforsunshine · 19/11/2017 08:02

Well done on all the spectacular losses⭐️⭐️ Splat I’m sending you some well deserved weight losing fairy dust as you’ve been working so hard. I bet you must be noticing it in your shape but totally get you need to see evidence on the scales & it can be demoralising.
My weekly weigh in has shown just under a half lb loss so 7 & 1/2 so far this month.
Does anybody have plans for Christmas? Free for all from the beginning of December/a plan to just maintain or will you stick at it as best you can?
I’m hoping to stick at it until 23rd when family arrive & get back on track on 28th. I don’t have endless parties throughout Dec like some do through work etc, which helps. I’m hoping not to go nuts which should be easier now my appetite has reduced, but to allow myself anything I want. I just hope I can get straight back to it. My biggest problem is usually dealing with having leftovers, cheese, chocolate, alcohol etc through until jan.

TheDonald · 19/11/2017 08:14

Ready I'm planning to stick to it up until family visits start on 22nd.

I have a work event on the 7th and lunch out on the 8th but I'll try not to go overboard with them. Then no events planned until 22nd.

This year I'm back at work on the 27th and on call until Nye so I can get back on it quite quickly.

Last year I got myself a fancy lindor advent calendar which got every day off to a bad start. I won't be doing that this year.

Tbh I am not really a big Christmas fan anyway. I enjoy the two / three days of family time but I hate all the spending and consumption. I had several years when dd was little and I was skint when Christmas put so much pressure on my finances it ruined it for me.

I'm financially more secure now but still resent the overspending and hassle.

Someone said to me the other day that Christmas is a reflection of society. The women do all the work and a fat white man swoops in and takes the credit!Grin

I'd like it to be like the Olympics. Once every four years!

NamasteNiki · 19/11/2017 08:27

I'd like it to be like the Olympics. Once every four years!

That's a grand idea!

I fail to see the point of it all. For me it is just one big expense and I get very little back. Im not doing it this year, not buying family anything after last year.

I have hardly slept again as my wisdom teeth pain kept me awake. Its getting beyond a joke.

TheDonald · 19/11/2017 08:48

Niki Flowers

That sounds so tough. Sad be kind to yourself today.

Well after my disappointing weigh in yesterday I decided to try again today. Sorry for TMI but I'd been a bit "bunged up" this week and yesterday it seemed to resolve itself. New meaning to the whoosh!

IT STARTS WITH A 10!!!!!!!

HairsprayBabe · 19/11/2017 10:22

9.13 not bad considering I went to a cheese festival yesterday...

Cheese wheel pasta, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, mozzerella sticks, build your own cheesecake, baked brie, halloumi fries, cheese boards, cheese stuffed waffels, icecream rolls, raclette and more.... went as a group of 4 so got to try loads without having to have a full plate everywhere!

twinkledag · 19/11/2017 11:05

Well done, everyone is doing so well.

I am in the middle of packing and moving house which is chaos!

As for Xmas, I am planning to be good on the days I can buy enjoy myself too.

NamasteNiki · 19/11/2017 11:14

Hairspray Shock😍

I don't know koko. I think it will depend on the event.

I've been off sugar since 1st Oct apart from a couple of slips earlier this month around dds birthday. I'm mostly still eating the same but having nuts or fruit as snacks instead of biscuits. I might try to stick to that.

I haven't really told anyone irl that I'm trying to lose weight or that I've quit sugar. No one apart from one colleague has noticed!

I'd like to stick to that over Christmas because I find people try to sabotage it!
