splat crumbs, that's not much food - how long can you keep that up? I can do that sort of thing for a few days but need to refuel after a while. I guess if you have a wedding dress goal, that'll keep you on the straight & narrow Grin

TV well done on the NSV! Why don't you do a Quim and weigh in in Boots if you're feeling the scale anxiety? I feel your pain on the remodelling - we've lost our living room to decorators and it's miserable.

NamasteNiki · 15/11/2017 14:04

Kiki lump free soup sounds ideal. Must source some.

keira you look fab!

Painkillers have worn off again so suffering. Waiting for new dose to kick in.

KeiraTwiceKnightley · 15/11/2017 15:01

Thanks all but really the tits do look dreadful. One of my female colleagues even gasped the other day "God Keira! Your tits are massive in that top!" Not especially helpful esp as no one would ever comment on another persons big nose or acne... She's since gone off with stress so I'll forgive her. But I haven't worn that top since. Sad

IheartCaptainHolt · 15/11/2017 15:24

Keira, I’m currently a 34HH so I feel your pain. Rest of me is a generous** 14 but another 2 stone still to lose so we will see when I’m at target.

The thread dropped off TIO so not posted for a bit, lost 3.5lb since start of the month which is good but just ate an entire selection box which is not good. Really thought it was safe to have treats in the house again but clearly not.....

NamasteNiki · 15/11/2017 16:28

I wonder if scrambled egg would work. Would need to be swallowed whole though.

splatattack · 15/11/2017 16:40

Nicki scrambled egg should be soft enough for your poor mouth? I hope so or you are going to waste away!!

Keira I love the dress you have on!! Your legs look so slim and your boobs def don't look too big!!

And if anyone is considering getting married take my advice and get a wedding dress that is flowy or corseted or flexible!! The stress of dieting fast to fit in a dress is horrible!! But I'm hoping I like the result on the day so it will all be worth it Hmm really miss carbs though ConfusedCakeCakeCake

treaclesoda · 15/11/2017 16:47

keira I really hear you. I am also someone who has the same size boobs now as a 12 stone 40 something as I had when I was 7 1/2 stone as a teenager. Ironically now, I'm really well in proportion, so they don't bother me as much. It's just being chubby that bothers me now Hmm

On another thread on mumsnet recently, some posters were saying that it's impossible to be slim and still have big boobs, and that if your boobs are big then you are overweight. It really pissed me off. I'm properly overweight now but I starved myself half to death when I was 17 and they still didn't shrink Angry

NamasteNiki · 15/11/2017 17:12

Yes I am averaging less than 1000 cals a day and I genuinely dont want to eat as being in pain puts you off particularly when it is your mouth that is sore.

lastqueenofscotland · 15/11/2017 19:10

I've just been invited to a very posh wedding at Easter weekend. Must make sure I look an utter worldie Grin

What I’d give for your bust Keira as I look down at my tiny pimples

Well what a shock, I’ve been to WW and stayed the same when I’ve eaten like a pig for a week, I’m so pleased. Day 1 Of no sugar completed. Pledged to lose 5lbs in 5 weeks 5 days at WW so really need an Angel Week.

Still half the month left so good luck to everyone. I’m really going to try hard this week, you all with me?

Therealjudgejudy · 16/11/2017 00:01

Hi all. Was travelling today to Newcastle as my graduation is tomorrow.

An airport sandwich, a danish and a coffee at 10am this morning...sigh.

Anyhow, did manage a weights session with my brother this evening as he has a gym here at home...so jel. Will be eating out tomorrow evening and I mean carbs come at me! There will be cake too.

Catch up with you all Saturday when I'm back home and back at the gym Smile.

splatattack · 16/11/2017 06:17

Another day....another weigh in...

Still bloody 10st!!!! When when when will I see the 9's and see this hard work pay off??

I am weight training as well as cutting cals...is it possible I am seeing muscle gain? Or am I just living in crazy weight obsessed any excuse land?

Naughtysausage · 16/11/2017 06:47

Last I LOVE a posh wedding! Tbf I love any wedding, but there's always a touch of 'how the other half lives'...

Judy congrats! Hope you feel very swanky in your gown and hat (?)

Splat have you tried a tape measure? Also how long have you stayed the same? Maybe you're due a whoosh?

Kiera "huge" doesn't mean horrid. But she was still bloody rude to comment. I think you look cracking.

HairsprayBabe · 16/11/2017 08:27

Good morning all, 10st dead... inching ever closer I feel like I am holding my breath a bit!

Keira should have asked her if she meant to be so rude Grin probably a case of foot in mouth disease though.

Niki Feel better soon!

Congratulations Judy you deserve a splurge!

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 16/11/2017 09:42

Hello all, just catching up on the thread!

Hope you enjoy your day Judy!

Kiera I feel your pain. Mine aren't huge, but they aren't small and I am short so I tend to end up looking very matronly or like a barrel unless I dress them properly. One of my closest friends is an A cup, and I am always quite jealous because she can wear elegant high-necked blouses/dresses and look amazing. I just look fat in them!

I am up a lb this morning. Had two glasses of wine with dinner last night so maybe it's bloating or something? Doing a fast day today anyway. Soup for lunch and stir fry for dinner.

backinthatdress · 16/11/2017 10:35

Last - I have a wedding to go to next year as well.. a 2 night event as well... if it wasnt for the fact they are close friends we would of declined as its also no kids!

splat - any day now and your see the 9's! have you measured yourself?

Therealjudgejudy - enjoy your graduation

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser - that lb will be gone in no time! i always find when i drink wine i seem to gain the next day as well! but i never drink at home so it doesnt happen often.

Well today was weigh day. Start weight 11st 2.5lbs

Week 1: 11st 9.5lbs (lost 7lbs)
Week2: 11st 5lbs and 3/4 (3lbs 3/4)

Total lost since 2nd November is: 10lbs & 3/4

so this week i have lost 3lbs and 3/4 of a lb! Grin (my scales go up in quaters which i like)

Would love to be in the 10s for the 9th december!

Pleased with that! work today so shouldnt be to hard to stay on track. I am going over my aunties tonight though and she always has ALOT of junk food so il be trying my hardest to say no when she repeated offers! Smile

backinthatdress · 16/11/2017 10:37

Start weight was 12st 2.5lbs

NOT 11st 2.5lbs, that would mean i gained!

i really wish you could edit your posts on here!

TVHubbyClaire · 16/11/2017 11:30

Not quite a fast day for me but similar to you spurious

Muesli in morning, cup a soup and fruit and maybe a bag of low cal crisps for lunch and stir fry for dinner. Of course I will also have a Thursday wine or two with dinner so its not exactly golden...Hmm

I have managed to get out walking in the last few mornings and plan for that again tomorrow. Also booked myself into a bootcamp on monday and cardio tennis(???) on Thursday of next week

TVHubbyClaire · 16/11/2017 11:32

fab results dress

I don't think i ever lost that fast even at the start

backinthatdress · 16/11/2017 12:30

TV - Well done on the walking! it all helps!

& Thanks, i always seem to lose fairly quickly, but i gain quickly as well as im either really good or really really bad!

NamasteNiki · 16/11/2017 13:09

HRH Boditrax has me at 62.5kg

That is 9.10 / 9.11.

Oh yeah.

Hopefully I will lose more through not eating solid food for a bit longer.

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 16/11/2017 14:05

Back You are doing amazingly well! 10lbs since the start of the month is brilliant.

Ah Niki it must be nice to have it confirmed on the boditrax! Hope you are feeling a bit better today.

I have had my lunch but it's made more MORE hungry. I'm now trying to avoid the biscuits that are calling to me. Plus I'm on leave so I'm at home, but I'm working on a paper, so it's a dangerous combination of boring work, and availability of food. HELP ME.

TVHubbyClaire · 16/11/2017 14:07

Stay away from the biscuits and fridge spurious ...you know it makes sense

can you have cups of tea/coffee with no biscuits to see you through the afternoon.........thats what i am trying to do today to keep me away from a second pack of choc rice cakes I have in my drawer

SpuriouserAndSpuriouser · 16/11/2017 14:21

TV I've made myself a coffee and I'm locked away in my study far away from the food so hopefully I'll last the afternoon! Why is it so hard and boring??
