I'm with you on the no-snack rule this weekend Hairspray, I did quite badly last weekend so I need to make up for it!

Planning on trying for a golden day today and weighing in tomorrow. I also haven't had a drop of alcohol all month! I've decided to aim for a no drinking at home month, rather than completely sober month, but I've been quite successful!

@hairspray I wish you lived nearby. Id make sure you didnt put weight on this weekend.

Id drag you to body combat tomorrow morning. Estimated calorie burn for the hour is 450.

I have really upped the anti on the weight training and given that i cycle most days too and do another class like yoga too I am finding i cannot stick to 1200 cals.

I came out of the gym today and bought a big bastard bacon and egg sandwich at 500 cals alone.

I would get lightheaded if i tried to exercise and not eat as much.

Which probably means Im going into maintenance rather than deficit.

Bet I'm the only one that doesn't really dig Cheese! I always end up throwing it away because no one in the house is that bothered either Pony I'm impressed with your babybell experiment Grin I'm more of a crisp person I think!
Anyway last weekend I had no alcohol and been really good this week and I'm a bit miffed at my 1/2lb loss, it's even worse because I'm away this weekend and deffo won't be sober Hmm

Niki if you are doing lots of weights and stuff you will be building muscle, so then weight becomes less reliable. Even if you are technically maintaining your shape is probably changing.

Nice work on the exercise Niki! I dragged myself out for a short run yesterday, I really did not want to go but once I got going it felt great!

In other news I weighed in at 9.5this morning!!!ShockHaloGrin This means I now weigh less than 60kg (59.6kg!) and I have lost just over 13lb since the end of August! I'm really happy with that.

I'm just about to get up and do my weekly weigh in. Really hoping for 11 4. I hit it on Thursday but then went out for a curry that night and McDonald's yesterday (only a chicken wrap and they forgot to give us our fries so the universe saved me!)

Would be nice to lose another 2 before the end of the month because then I won't be overweight according to the bmi calculator.

I must admit I am scale avoiding at the moment but I’m back in training and feeling less flabby so will take that! Lots of training planned this weekend too so am happy and my energy levels finally picked up again on Thursday.

However my house is full of a brand new stomach bug which I’m really hoping doesn’t hit me, I’ve had my fair share this autumn already! I’m still snuffly with the endless tail end of the cold.

I 100% blame this so called diet thread for the fact I've eaten a gilled cheese & ham (with cucumber and spinach) sandwich (on vogel bread)* with extra melted cheese for breakfast this morning Blush Grin

Ahh Kiki what a nightmare! Hopefully it'll pass quickly and you'll manage not to catch it.

I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I'll have to do it tomorrow. I ended up having dinner out last night and I ate way too much so not sure how successful it would have been this morning anyway..

Morning all, had some scrambled eggs and kale with a slice of homemade chickpea bread for breakfast.

Have to stay out of the kitchen untill at least lunchtime now... will go clean the bathroom to disract myself!

Just had more of the chickpea bread with celery and peanutbutter for lunch, follwed by a mug of marmite broth.

Spent the morning organising the bathroom and back bedroom now off for a blustery walk to the shops 😂

Don't worry about it Niki I find if I have my treats before 6 then they have the chance to burn up abit before I face the scales the next day.

So as you say if you have a lighter dinner then there shouldn't be much, or any really damage!
